健康促進(jìn)學(xué)校對醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康的干預(yù)效果評價(jià)

【摘要】:目的探討健康促進(jìn)學(xué)校對防制醫(yī)科類大學(xué)生心理健康問題的有效性,為開展學(xué)生心理健康干預(yù)工作提供參考。方法選取合肥市某醫(yī)科類高校某學(xué)院2008級所有在校新生為干預(yù)對象,通過實(shí)施為期1 a的健康促進(jìn)學(xué)校活動(dòng),采用大學(xué)生人格問卷(UPI)評價(jià)干預(yù)前后醫(yī)學(xué)生心理健康問題。結(jié)果共獲得有效隨訪207人,有效隨訪率為94.5%;干預(yù)后,UPI所篩查出的Ⅰ類問題檢出率由干預(yù)前的10.2%降至5.3%,Ⅱ類問題檢出率由干預(yù)前的24.6%降至16.4%,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);UPI總均分、抑郁傾向和神經(jīng)癥傾向評分均為干預(yù)后低于干預(yù)前,且差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論健康促進(jìn)學(xué)校可以降低醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理問題檢出率,提高醫(yī)學(xué)生的心理健康水平。
