【摘要】：和諧課堂具有系統(tǒng)整體性、動態(tài)平衡性、全面開放性與可持續(xù)發(fā)展性等特征。它需要以和諧的關(guān)系倫理觀作為理論支撐。當(dāng)前對和諧課堂以及和諧關(guān)系倫理的探尋有利于實現(xiàn)社會對人才的培養(yǎng)。當(dāng)然它也要求教師的課堂管理在理念、學(xué)生、內(nèi)容與精神環(huán)境等方面實現(xiàn)真正的以人為本、和而不同、情理交融和寬嚴(yán)有度的目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Harmonious classroom has the characteristics of system integrity, dynamic balance, overall openness and sustainable development. It needs the harmonious relationship ethics view as the theoretical support. The exploration of harmonious classroom and harmonious relationship ethics is beneficial to the cultivation of talents. Of course, it also requires teachers' classroom management to realize the goal of "people-oriented", "harmony but different", "harmony" and "strict degree" in the aspects of concept, students, content and spiritual environment.
