【摘要】：大學生心理需求研究是大學生心理健康教育的重要組成部分,通過心理需求研究,可以為大學生心理援助提供科學依據(jù),進而推動心理健康教育的發(fā)展。大學生作為一個特殊的群體,正處于青春發(fā)展期,心理發(fā)展有其獨特之處,根據(jù)美國心理學家埃里克森的自我同一性理論,大學生的主要成長課題就是解決自我同一性與自我同一性混亂的沖突,因此,本文欲以埃里克森的自我同一性理論為基礎,研究大學生心理需求的特點,包括同一性危機與大學生心理需求,同一性階段論與大學生心理需求,大學生心理需求與心理援助體系構建。通過研究,一方面分析了大學生有哪些心理需求,另一方面,通過對大學生自我同一性危機、階段與大學生心理需求關系的探討,為大學生心理援助體系的構建提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The research of college students' psychological needs is an important part of college students' mental health education. Through the research of psychological needs, it can provide scientific basis for college students' psychological assistance, and then promote the development of mental health education. As a special group, college students are in the period of youth development, psychological development has its own unique place, according to American psychologist Eriksson's theory of self-identity, The main subject of college students' growth is to solve the conflict between self-identity and self-identity chaos. Therefore, this paper is based on Eriksson's theory of self-identity, and studies the characteristics of college students' psychological needs. It includes identity crisis and college students' psychological needs, identity stage theory and college students' psychological needs, college students' psychological needs and the construction of psychological assistance system. On the one hand, it analyzes the psychological needs of college students. On the other hand, it provides a theoretical basis for the construction of college students' psychological assistance system by discussing the crisis of self-identity and the relationship between the stage and the psychological needs of college students.
