當代教育分層隱含矛盾的辨析

【摘要】: 在中國社會的發(fā)展中,教育一直在人們命運的改變、身份的更迭中扮演著重要的角色。在封建社會的巔峰時期中,科舉制將教育的選拔功能推向了極致,市場經濟的深入發(fā)展,更賦予教育分層以更鮮活的力量。深窺其中,個人的流動意愿與國家意志一個是潺潺小溪,一個是巨浪洪流,個體能否通過教育獲取理想的職業(yè),進入到期望的階層,并不取決于社會成員的主觀判斷,根本上取決于社會對人才的需求。 在教育分層的過程中,層級分化與教育公平之間的矛盾貫穿始終,此矛盾主要分析教育本體價值的公平化取向和教育工具價值的層級化取向及它們之間博弈之后果,因此應該通過公平的、優(yōu)質的教育,建立一套以個人資質、個性及獲致性因素為依據的層化制度,使社會成員自然地層化。 作為教育分層的結果,階層垂直流動與階層身份喪失之間的矛盾更為突出,被分流、被篩選而下的學生由此產生對文化、教育所產生的迷茫情感、他們所處的尷尬境地、面臨就業(yè)時的無助才是教育的悲涼。所以,應該引導各個層次、各個流向的教育有序合理的發(fā)展,給學生與所處教育階段、教育類型最匹配、最合理、最適合的教育安排和教育關愛,輔以教育政策的傾斜,才是回歸教育本真、回歸教育對人的價值尊重的路向。
[Abstract]:In the development of Chinese society, education has always played an important role in the change of people's destiny and identity.In the peak period of feudal society, imperial examination system pushed the selection function of education to the extreme, and the further development of market economy gave education stratification with a more vivid force.One is a gurgling stream, the other is a torrent. Whether an individual can get an ideal career through education and enter the desired class does not depend on the subjective judgment of the members of society.Fundamentally depends on the social demand for talent.In the process of educational stratification, the contradiction between hierarchy differentiation and educational fairness runs through the whole process. This contradiction mainly analyzes the equity orientation of educational ontology value and the hierarchical orientation of educational tool value and the result of game between them.Therefore, it is necessary to establish a stratified system based on individual qualification, personality and obtainability through fair and high quality education, so as to make the members of society stratified naturally.As a result of educational stratification, the contradiction between the vertical flow of stratum and the loss of stratum identity is more prominent.The helplessness of employment is the travail of education.Therefore, we should guide the orderly and rational development of education at all levels and in all directions so as to give students the most suitable educational arrangements and care for their education at the stage of their education, the most appropriate type of education, and the inclination of educational policies.It is the way to return to the true nature of education and to respect the value of human being.
