【摘要】: 在當(dāng)前全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的過(guò)程中,基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革是一個(gè)關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),而實(shí)施和推進(jìn)課程改革的基本力量是教師隊(duì)伍。因此加強(qiáng)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),促進(jìn)教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展,是教育現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展的必然要求。上海提出在“十一五”期間要率先實(shí)現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化的目標(biāo),其中的一個(gè)重要任務(wù)是要加快推進(jìn)郊區(qū)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)教育均衡發(fā)展。金山區(qū)作為上海的遠(yuǎn)郊,由于師資隊(duì)伍的短缺,近幾年從外省市引進(jìn)的青年教師比例不斷攀升。但也由于各種原因,外省市引進(jìn)教師的流動(dòng)性比較大。因此,關(guān)注這批教師的工作學(xué)習(xí)生活狀況,穩(wěn)定他們的職業(yè)意向,促進(jìn)他們的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展,對(duì)于金山教育未來(lái)的發(fā)展有著十分重要的意義。廣而言之,市郊外省市引進(jìn)教師隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)也是上海教育率先實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化、促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)教育一體化均衡發(fā)展的重要一環(huán)。本文在教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展理論的指導(dǎo)下,把握特定教師群體(在本文中是指外省市引進(jìn)教師群體)發(fā)展的多個(gè)側(cè)面,在此設(shè)定上設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查、展開(kāi)分析,并進(jìn)行對(duì)策思考。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷、訪談及個(gè)案研究等方法,從生活滿意度狀況、教育教學(xué)狀況,以及職業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r等方面進(jìn)行調(diào)研,以期把握外省市引進(jìn)教師在金山的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,既了解他們?cè)诎l(fā)展中的優(yōu)勢(shì),又從中找到發(fā)展中的主要問(wèn)題,并由此提出相應(yīng)的政策對(duì)策和管理措施,以促進(jìn)他們更好發(fā)展,使他們盡可能安心、舒心地在金山這塊熱土上,為推進(jìn)郊區(qū)教育發(fā)展、為上海率先實(shí)現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化而貢獻(xiàn)自己的青春和智慧。
[Abstract]:In the process of promoting quality-oriented education in an all-round way, the curriculum reform of basic education is a key link, and the basic force of carrying out and promoting the curriculum reform is the teaching team. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of teachers' ranks and promote the professional development of teachers. It is an inevitable requirement for the development of educational modernization. Shanghai has proposed to take the lead in realizing the goal of educational modernization during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. One of the important tasks is to speed up the development of education in the suburbs. Promoting balanced development of education between urban and rural areas. Jinshan District, as a suburb of Shanghai, is facing a shortage of teachers. In recent years, the proportion of young teachers imported from other provinces and cities has been increasing. However, for various reasons, Therefore, we should pay attention to the working, learning and living conditions of these teachers, stabilize their professional intentions, and promote their professional development. It is of great significance for the future development of Jinshan education. Broadly speaking, the construction of teachers introduced from provinces and cities outside Shanghai is also the first to modernize education in Shanghai. Under the guidance of the theory of teachers' professional development, this paper grasps many aspects of the development of specific groups of teachers (in this paper refers to the introduction of teacher groups in other provinces and cities). Through the methods of questionnaire, interview and case study, the research is carried out from the aspects of life satisfaction, education and teaching, as well as the status of career development. Through the analysis of the investigation results, we can not only understand their advantages in the development, but also find out the main problems in the development, and then put forward the corresponding policy countermeasures and management measures. In order to promote their better development, make them as secure as possible, comfortable in the hot land of Jinshan, in order to promote the development of education in the suburbs, for Shanghai to take the lead in the realization of educational modernization and contribute their youth and wisdom.
