【摘要】：勞工是以出賣體力與技術(shù)獲得工錢謀生的人。勞工教育緣起于勞工的教育需求、企業(yè)對科學技術(shù)知識的依賴以及企業(yè)主對利潤的追求。近代中國勞工教育經(jīng)歷了學徒教育改造期、勞工教育孕育期、勞工教育發(fā)展期以及勞工教育衰落期四個階段,前兩個階段的勞工教育帶有自發(fā)性特點,發(fā)展時期的勞工教育呈現(xiàn)出強制性特點。由于強制性的勞工教育主要考慮的是政黨的意愿、政府的意圖及其企業(yè)的利益,勞工教育不斷被異化,致使以提高勞工生產(chǎn)技能、改善勞工社會狀況的勞工教育最終以失敗而告終。民國時期的勞工教育積淀了豐富的歷史經(jīng)驗和思想資源,對今日中國的農(nóng)民工教育具有現(xiàn)實的參照意義。
[Abstract]:Labor is a person who makes a living by selling his strength and skills to earn his wages. Modern Chinese labor education has experienced four stages: apprenticeship education reform period, labor education gestation period, labor education development period and labor education decline period. The first two stages of labor education are characterized by spontaneity, and during the period of development labour education shows a mandatory character. Since compulsory labour education mainly considers the wishes of political parties, the intentions of the government and the interests of enterprises, The labor education was constantly alienated, which resulted in the failure of the labor education to improve the labor production skills and improve the social conditions of labor. The labor education during the Republic of China accumulated rich historical experience and ideological resources. The education of migrant workers in China today has realistic reference significance.
