【摘要】：清末民初是中國近代教育快速發(fā)展的時期,在普及教育得到迅猛發(fā)展的同時,女子學(xué)堂及職業(yè)培訓(xùn)等諸多方面也得到了長足的發(fā)展。一系列教育成果的取得是仿效西方重技術(shù)、尚實用的全民素質(zhì)普及型教育理念的有效實踐。這些教育措施的推行及所引發(fā)的社會影響,在中國教育史上亙古未有。在形式上,中國近代教育注重新型課程和內(nèi)容的設(shè)置。其影響在于為中國社會近代化填充大批各方面人才,為中國未來發(fā)展提供和積蓄不竭動力。 黑龍江新式教育在邊疆危機愈演愈烈的情況下,悄然興起,其發(fā)展無處不滲透著強烈的憂患意識和積極的愛國主義思想。新式教育的意義在于:充實邊疆文化;加強內(nèi)地與邊省的文化交流;使得黑龍江近代教育得到跨越式發(fā)展;促進社會經(jīng)濟;對一定程度上抵御沙俄文化入侵起到積極作用。 在此期間,林傳甲為黑龍江近代教育貢獻突出,功績卓越。他是黑龍江近代教育的開拓者。這集中體現(xiàn)在他對黑龍江小學(xué)教育普及事業(yè)的嘔心瀝血;對師范教育跳躍式發(fā)展的大力付出;對少數(shù)民族近代教育的感化;以及其妻子對女子學(xué)堂草創(chuàng)和艱辛發(fā)展的用心良苦。林傳甲對黑龍江教育近代化的貢獻巨大,成績斐然,為黑龍江培養(yǎng)了大批人才。無論是民眾素養(yǎng)、女子興學(xué)、師資培訓(xùn)、職業(yè)人才蓄積以及少數(shù)民族啟蒙,都留下了他的印記�？梢钥隙ǖ卣f,林傳甲是黑龍江教育事業(yè)的堅定拓荒者和無畏的領(lǐng)路人。他為黑龍江教育發(fā)展所做出的篳路藍縷之貢獻,更是在黑龍江教育發(fā)展史上留下絢爛光輝。
[Abstract]:At the end of the Qing Dynasty is the rapid development of modern education in the period of China, universal education has been rapid development at the same time, women's school and occupation training and other aspects have also made great progress. A series of educational achievement is to follow the Western technology, the effective practice of the national quality education idea is practical. These measures of education to carry out and caused social influence, unprecedented in the history of education. China in form, China modern education focus on new curriculum and the content setting. Its influence lies in modern society for China lots of aspects for future development of talent, Chinese and provide motive power.
The new education of Heilongjiang quietly rising in the border crisis situation, and its development is everywhere permeated with a strong sense of urgency and positive patriotism. In modern education significance: enrich frontier culture; strengthen the mainland and province cultural exchange; the Heilongjiang modern education development by leaps and bounds; promote social economy; to a certain extent to resist cultural invasion of Russia has played a positive role.
During this period, Lin Chuanjia Heilongjiang outstanding contribution to modern education, achievement of excellence. He is the pioneer of modern education in Heilongjiang. This is reflected in his career of Heilongjiang primary school education popularization make painstaking efforts on normal education leaping development; to pay; the minority of modern education and its influence; the wife of the well intentioned woman school early and the hardships of development. Chuanjia forest is huge, the modernization of education in Heilongjiang province with the achievements, cultivate a large number of talents for Heilongjiang. Both public literacy, women's education, teacher training, occupation personnel accumulation and the minority enlightenment, has left his mark. Certainly, Lin Chuanjia is Heilongjiang education pioneer firm and fearless guides. He made for the development of education in Heilongjiang are those contributions, but left brightly in the history of the development of Heilongjiang Education Lousy.
