【摘要】: 教師的心理健康與學(xué)生身心的健康成長、教師自身的健康及學(xué)校的教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量息息相關(guān),所以研究教師心理健康具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。自20世紀(jì)70年代以來,國外就針對(duì)教師職業(yè)壓力、職業(yè)倦怠等問題進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的研究,研究表明教師的職業(yè)壓力是導(dǎo)致教師出現(xiàn)情緒不穩(wěn)定和心理疾病的重要原因,如莫名的壓抑、焦慮、煩躁、失落、自身缺乏安全感、喪失工作信心、感到身心疲憊、對(duì)生活失去方向等等。 本文共分為四部分: 第一部分主要是從教師心理健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn),教師心理狀況的調(diào)查,國內(nèi)中學(xué)教師心理健康問題的類型,教師心理健康干預(yù),教師心理健康的研究方法等五個(gè)方面對(duì)前人關(guān)于心理教師心理健康狀況進(jìn)行總結(jié)和概況,并指出其研究的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和不足。 第二部分運(yùn)用SCL-90自評(píng)量表,從年齡,學(xué)歷,性別三個(gè)方面對(duì)中學(xué)教師測(cè)試,并對(duì)測(cè)試結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析并總結(jié)出產(chǎn)生這種情況的相關(guān)原因。 第三部分針對(duì)前面統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的結(jié)果從總體上指出目前中學(xué)教師心理健康問題主要是由于不正確的評(píng)價(jià)體制,教育改革的挑戰(zhàn),教師職業(yè)特點(diǎn)等方面的外外部因素和教師自身素質(zhì)較低,部分教師自身性格制約,心理沖突等內(nèi)部因素造成的。 第四部分針對(duì)目前教師心理健康問題的現(xiàn)狀提出相應(yīng)的調(diào)節(jié)策略,主要包括在全社會(huì)形成尊師重教的風(fēng)氣,加強(qiáng)教師心理健康的自我維護(hù),促進(jìn)教師廉潔從教,建立良好的師生關(guān)系,積極參與繼續(xù)教育,進(jìn)行職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,建立正確的價(jià)值觀念、營造寬松的心理環(huán)境等方面。
[Abstract]:The mental health of teachers is closely related to the healthy growth of students, the health of teachers themselves and the quality of education and teaching in schools. Since 1970s, foreign countries have carried out targeted research on teachers' occupational pressure, job burnout and other issues. The research shows that teachers' professional stress is an important cause of emotional instability and psychological illness, such as inexplicable depression, anxiety, irritability, loss of confidence, lack of security. Feeling physically and mentally tired, losing direction to life and so on. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part is mainly from the teachers' mental health standards, the investigation of teachers' psychological status, the types of teachers' mental health problems in middle schools, and the intervention of teachers' mental health. This paper summarizes and summarizes the mental health status of psychological teachers from five aspects, such as the research methods of teachers' mental health, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of the research. The second part uses SCL-90 self-rating scale to test middle school teachers from three aspects of age, education and sex, and analyzes the test results and summarizes the relevant reasons for this situation. The third part points out that the psychological health problems of middle school teachers are mainly due to the incorrect evaluation system and the challenge of education reform. The external and external factors of teachers' professional characteristics and teachers' own quality are relatively low, some teachers' own personality constraints, psychological conflicts and other internal factors. The 4th part puts forward the corresponding adjustment strategies for the current situation of teachers' mental health problems, mainly including the formation of respect for teachers and education in the whole society, and strengthening the self-maintenance of teachers' mental health. We should promote teachers' honesty in teaching, establish good teacher-student relations, actively participate in continuing education, carry out career planning, establish correct values, and create a relaxed psychological environment.
