【摘要】：研究發(fā)現(xiàn),90后農(nóng)民工呈現(xiàn)出有文化有追求、普遍具有一定的公民意識(shí)、耐受力差且相對(duì)缺乏吃苦耐勞精神等特點(diǎn)。面向90后農(nóng)民工的職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的定位為培養(yǎng)合格的公民,注重提升培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,使其掌握實(shí)用知識(shí)和技能,以增強(qiáng)就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的選擇應(yīng)充分考慮市場(chǎng)需求和企業(yè)用工要求,注重以公民教育為核心的引導(dǎo)性培訓(xùn),包括做合格的、有職業(yè)理想、有道德修養(yǎng)、關(guān)心公共事務(wù)、善于合作互助的職業(yè)人。
[Abstract]:The study found that the post-90s migrant workers have the characteristics of cultural pursuit, general civic awareness, poor tolerance and relative lack of hardworking spirit. The orientation of vocational education and training for post-90s migrant workers is to train qualified citizens, pay attention to improving the quality of training, make them master practical knowledge and skills, and enhance the competitiveness of employment. The selection of training contents should take full account of market demand and enterprise employment requirements, and pay attention to guiding training with civic education as the core, including doing qualified, professional ideal, moral cultivation, and concern for public affairs. A professional who is good at cooperation and mutual help.
