理解質(zhì)量——“人才培養(yǎng)模式改革和開(kāi)放教育試點(diǎn)”的深思

【摘要】:本文聯(lián)系教育部批準(zhǔn)的“中央廣播電視大學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式改革和開(kāi)放教育試點(diǎn)”的實(shí)際,在經(jīng)歷了“理解試點(diǎn)”和“理解評(píng)估”之后,又對(duì)項(xiàng)目試點(diǎn)的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行理解。因?yàn)椤霸圏c(diǎn)”與“評(píng)估”、其最終目的都是為了提高現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育的質(zhì)量。在比較現(xiàn)有教育質(zhì)量不同定義的基礎(chǔ)上,突出遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育質(zhì)量的基本特征應(yīng)是大眾化高等教育的服務(wù)性很有必要。在多層面地論述了遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育多樣性、相對(duì)性、整體性和適應(yīng)性的質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)涵之后,本文初步勾勒出相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制定的原則框架。并依據(jù)現(xiàn)代課程理念和遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育的規(guī)律和特點(diǎn),從人才培養(yǎng)的角度,對(duì)人們較為關(guān)注的“課程實(shí)施不應(yīng)只有教學(xué)意識(shí),課程教學(xué)質(zhì)量的監(jiān)控應(yīng)以‘學(xué)前診斷’為前提,平時(shí)作業(yè)不是完整的課程學(xué)習(xí)形成性考核,以課程為主的學(xué)歷文憑考試與學(xué)位論文的撰寫(xiě)答辯應(yīng)有不同要求并由學(xué)習(xí)者自主選擇”等教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理思路進(jìn)行了初步的、反思性的探究。
[Abstract]:According to the practice of "the reform of talent training mode and the pilot of open education" approved by the Ministry of Education, this paper, after experiencing the "understanding pilot" and "understanding evaluation", makes an understanding of the quality of the pilot project. Because of "pilot" and "evaluation", the ultimate goal is to improve the quality of modern open distance education. On the basis of comparing the existing definitions of educational quality, it is necessary to highlight the basic characteristics of the quality of distance open education, which is the service of mass higher education. After discussing the quality connotation of the diversity, relativity, integrity and adaptability of distance open education, this paper outlines the principle frame of the corresponding quality standard. According to the modern curriculum concept and the law and characteristics of distance open education, from the angle of talent training, the teaching consciousness should not be the only way to carry out the course, and the monitoring of the teaching quality should be based on the premise of "pre-school diagnosis". Usually homework is not a complete formative examination of course learning. The teaching quality management ideas such as curriculum oriented diploma examination and dissertation writing should have different requirements and are chosen by the learner independently.
