【摘要】：省地共管、以地為主的管理模式,在新增地方本科院校的運(yùn)作過程中暴露出許多矛盾。新增地方院校在經(jīng)費(fèi)投入、學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)等方面面臨很多問題和矛盾,化解這些矛盾的現(xiàn)實抉擇是開放式辦學(xué),加強(qiáng)校地合作。
[Abstract]:There are many contradictions in the operation of new local colleges and universities. The new local colleges and universities are faced with many problems and contradictions in the aspects of investment of funds and construction of disciplines and specialties. The realistic choice to resolve these contradictions is to open the schools and strengthen the cooperation between the schools and the land.
