【摘要】：正長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),由于受傳統(tǒng)觀念、教育制度及教師的思維習(xí)慣、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)等因素的影響,在我國(guó)高等教育中,普通高校教師一直保持著教學(xué)和科研雙肩挑的傳統(tǒng),且科研的內(nèi)容與教學(xué)的內(nèi)容常有內(nèi)在的關(guān)聯(lián)性;而成人高校一向重教學(xué)、輕科研,認(rèn)為教師的職責(zé)只是上好課教好書(shū),如去搞科研,便有越位之嫌。這樣,同普通高校相比,成人
