【摘要】：現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育已經(jīng)成為20世紀(jì)后期世界各國(guó)競(jìng)相發(fā)展高等教育的重要途徑,中國(guó)的現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育(包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育)也已起步。作者認(rèn)為,在信息技術(shù)迅速發(fā)展的今天,我國(guó)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育將大有可為,創(chuàng)辦虛擬大學(xué)的各種條件業(yè)已成熟,作者還就發(fā)展虛擬大學(xué)提出了建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:Modern distance education has become an important way for countries in the world to develop higher education in the late 20th century, and modern distance education (including network education) in China has also started. The author thinks that with the rapid development of information technology, the network education in our country will be promising, and the conditions for establishing virtual university are ripe, and the author also puts forward some constructive suggestions on the development of virtual university.
