【摘要】：正 近年來,隨著人力資源尤其是管理人才對企業(yè)競爭力的重要性的提高,企業(yè)大學(xué)(CorporateUniversity)在發(fā)達國家越來越受到重視,并呈現(xiàn)出快速發(fā)展的勢頭。所謂企業(yè)大學(xué)是指企業(yè)所舉辦的、以員工開發(fā)為目的的教育培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)的泛稱,具體名稱有大學(xué)、學(xué)校、中心、研究所等。企業(yè)大學(xué)的基本功能是提高職工技能,幫助其實現(xiàn)既定目標(biāo)的培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)。通用電氣于1952年建立的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)培訓(xùn)中心被認(rèn)為是
