【摘要】：由學(xué)歷教育改為干部培訓(xùn) ,是一項(xiàng)重大的變化 ,不僅是辦學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu) ,辦學(xué)模式的改變 ,更重要地是教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法也應(yīng)按照培訓(xùn)對(duì)象層次、專業(yè)特點(diǎn)、時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短 ,采取不同的教學(xué)模式和教學(xué)方法。
[Abstract]:The change from academic education to cadre training is a major change. It is not only a change in the structure and mode of running a school, but more importantly the content of the teaching. The teaching method should also be based on the level of the training object, the characteristics of the major and the length of time. Adopt different teaching mode and teaching method.
