【摘要】：本文通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育模式試點(diǎn)之延川范式的個(gè)案分析和解構(gòu) ,考察了縣級(jí)電大“遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育合作模式”的種種特點(diǎn) ,指出了這種模式的優(yōu)勢(shì)和弊端 ,闡明了構(gòu)建縣級(jí)電大“遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育中心”的必然理由。最后 ,作者指出 :本文所探討、構(gòu)建的“遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育中心范式” ,實(shí)際上 ,就是一個(gè)完全獨(dú)立的、享有一定辦學(xué)自由度的“遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放教育自治模式”范型。
[Abstract]:Based on the case study and deconstruction of Yanchuan paradigm of distance open education model, this paper investigates the characteristics of "distance open education cooperation mode" in county-level RTVU, and points out the advantages and disadvantages of this model. This paper expounds the necessary reasons for constructing the distance open education center of the county level RTVU. Finally, the author points out that the "open distance education center paradigm" constructed in this paper is, in fact, a completely independent "autonomous model of distance open education" with a certain degree of freedom in running a school.
