【摘要】：素質(zhì)教育是西北民族院校以提高在校大學生的思想道德素質(zhì)、科學文化素質(zhì)、專業(yè)素質(zhì)和身心素質(zhì)等為目標所實施的全面教育;其總體發(fā)展雖然取得了可喜成就,但也存在思想政治教育尚需強化、文化素質(zhì)教育相對滯后以及教師素質(zhì)亟待提高等癥結(jié)問題;應結(jié)合民族院校素質(zhì)教育的發(fā)展實際,采取切實可行的政策措施加以解決,不斷推動素質(zhì)教育邁上新臺階。
[Abstract]:Quality education is a comprehensive education which aims at improving the ideological and moral quality, scientific and cultural quality, professional quality and physical and mental quality of college students in northwest national colleges and universities, although its overall development has made gratifying achievements. However, ideological and political education still needs to be strengthened, cultural quality education lags behind and teachers' quality needs to be improved. We will continue to push quality education to a new level.
