【摘要】：文章通過對當(dāng)前成人教育機構(gòu)辦學(xué)職能及其轉(zhuǎn)變原因的分析,認為新時期成人教育機構(gòu)辦學(xué)職能轉(zhuǎn)變應(yīng)確立三個價值取向,即由"學(xué)歷"教育轉(zhuǎn)向關(guān)注"人"的教育;由"生存"教育轉(zhuǎn)向體現(xiàn)"存在"的教育;由知識的"傳授"轉(zhuǎn)向注重能力的"修煉"。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the current functions of adult education institutions and the reasons for their transformation, this paper holds that the transformation of the functions of adult education institutions in the new period should establish three value orientations, that is, from the education of "academic qualifications" to the education of "people"; From "existence" education to "existence" education, from knowledge "imparting" to "ability training".
