教師跨學科素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展路徑和方法——以IB課程MYP項目中的教師發(fā)展為例

【摘要】:正我們需要借鑒新加坡模式中的"階梯式"路徑,通過教研組織集中力量,以層遞式培訓方式加強教師核心素養(yǎng)的發(fā)展。還可以通過教師在學校層面的教研活動,發(fā)揮職后教師群體的"自組織"能力,促使教師將核心素養(yǎng)培育融入日常的教學中。教師跨學科素養(yǎng)的三個歷史時期無論是2006年歐盟發(fā)布的"核心素養(yǎng)參考框架"(European Commission,2006)還是2016年發(fā)布的《中國學生發(fā)展核心素養(yǎng)》總體框架,大多數(shù)國家或國際組織所提出的核心素養(yǎng),都呈現(xiàn)出跨
[Abstract]:We need to draw lessons from the "step-by-step" path in the Singapore model, concentrate our efforts through teaching and research organizations, and strengthen the development of teachers' core literacy by hierarchical training. Through teachers' teaching and research activities at the school level, we can give full play to the "self-organization" ability of the post-service teacher group, and promote teachers to integrate the cultivation of core literacy into daily teaching. The three historical periods of teachers' interdisciplinary literacy are the reference Framework of Core Literacy (European Commission,2006) issued by the European Union in 2006 or the overall framework of Core Literacy of Chinese Student Development issued in 2016.
