高中與大學銜接培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才的探索與反思——以J中學與N大學的“準博士培養(yǎng)站”為個案

【摘要】:J中學與N大學共同策劃的"準博士培養(yǎng)站"使高中生能有機會進大學實驗室體驗科學研究,并且在自主學習能力、發(fā)現與解決問題能力、創(chuàng)新能力、與人溝通和合作能力等方面都得到一定程度的鍛煉與提高。但該項目在選拔方法、高中與大學銜接的知識準備等方面還存在一些局限,更重要的是,整個應試教育的大環(huán)境影響了學生參與該項目的積極性,而應試教育本身也對培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才產生負面作用。為更好地培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新人才,需樹立系統(tǒng)培養(yǎng)觀念,注重各階段教育的銜接,同時在培養(yǎng)對象、選拔機制、培養(yǎng)方式、培養(yǎng)目標等方面進行改進。
[Abstract]:J Middle School and N University jointly planned "quasi-Doctor training Station" so that senior high school students can enter the university laboratory to experience scientific research, and in the autonomous learning ability, problem-solving ability, innovation ability, The ability to communicate and cooperate with people has been improved to a certain extent. However, there are still some limitations in the selection method, the knowledge preparation of the connection between senior high school and university, and more importantly, the overall environment of examination-oriented education has affected the enthusiasm of students to participate in the project. The examination-oriented education itself also has a negative effect on the training of innovative talents. In order to better train innovative talents, it is necessary to set up the concept of systematic training, pay attention to the connection of all stages of education, and improve the training objects, selection mechanism, training methods, training objectives, and so on.
