【摘要】：本研究以中國邊境云南段26個邊境縣為研究區(qū),運用焦點小組、德爾菲法和熵值法構(gòu)建了邊境義務(wù)教育安全評價指標(biāo)體系。基于模糊數(shù)學(xué)的模糊識別原理,使用邊境義務(wù)教育安全水平的平均值作為模糊識別的特征值,將邊境義務(wù)教育安全的區(qū)域類型劃分為八類。從2007~2012年云南省26個邊境縣教育安全的區(qū)域類型看,高水平教育安全型的Ⅰ類地區(qū)和低水平教育安全型的Ⅷ類地區(qū)整體呈增長趨勢且縣份數(shù)量累積最高,其余6種教育安全區(qū)域類型縣份數(shù)量有增有減且數(shù)量累積相對較低,表明縣域之間教育安全區(qū)域等級存在一定差異且兩極分化加大。
[Abstract]:In this study, 26 border counties in Yunnan section of the border of China were used as study areas, and the evaluation index system of border compulsory education security was constructed by using focus group, Delphi method and entropy method.
