“教育統(tǒng)計(jì)”在線學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)踐

【摘要】:教育統(tǒng)計(jì)是教育管理和科學(xué)決策的重要依據(jù)。準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)的提供統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)于深入分析教育事業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,保障教育事業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展具有十分重要的意義。教育事業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)隊(duì)伍專(zhuān)職人員少、兼職人員多。統(tǒng)計(jì)人員在崗周期短、流動(dòng)頻繁。專(zhuān)業(yè)水平參差不齊。這些現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題在一定程度上影響教育統(tǒng)計(jì)的數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。僅靠線下五個(gè)教育統(tǒng)計(jì)培訓(xùn)基地和各地的工作部署,已經(jīng)遠(yuǎn)不能滿足上百萬(wàn)教育統(tǒng)計(jì)人員專(zhuān)業(yè)化的需要,也難以適應(yīng)新形勢(shì)下教育統(tǒng)計(jì)事業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。希望通過(guò)開(kāi)展全國(guó)教育事業(yè)統(tǒng)計(jì)在線培訓(xùn)可以彌補(bǔ)線下基地培訓(xùn)的不足,加強(qiáng)統(tǒng)計(jì)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、提升統(tǒng)計(jì)人員專(zhuān)業(yè)水平、提高統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。為了使在職人員能夠充分利用學(xué)習(xí)資源,順利完成在線學(xué)習(xí),并達(dá)到一定的教學(xué)效果,又將在線學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用到教育統(tǒng)計(jì)的在線學(xué)習(xí)中。因?yàn)樵诰學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)不僅僅關(guān)注表現(xiàn)和內(nèi)容,更注重學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn),關(guān)注學(xué)習(xí)者學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的任務(wù)、場(chǎng)景、輔導(dǎo)支持以及評(píng)價(jià)等關(guān)鍵要素的設(shè)計(jì),更好的幫助學(xué)習(xí)者規(guī)劃學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng),讓學(xué)習(xí)者在一系列的學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)中,逐步達(dá)成一個(gè)個(gè)的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo),最終完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù),達(dá)到學(xué)習(xí)預(yù)期的效果。本文通過(guò)對(duì)在線學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)框架的深入研究,探索在線學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)框架,該框架由五個(gè)部分組成,并對(duì)各個(gè)部分進(jìn)行了較為詳盡的分析闡述,并把該框架運(yùn)用到教育統(tǒng)計(jì)的在線學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)中,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況設(shè)計(jì)了教育統(tǒng)計(jì)在線學(xué)習(xí),后期又在具體的實(shí)踐當(dāng)中進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證該方法的可操作性和有效性。本研究希望通過(guò)對(duì)教育統(tǒng)計(jì)的在線學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì),能幫助教育統(tǒng)計(jì)的學(xué)員達(dá)到一定得的學(xué)習(xí)效果。同時(shí)也希望本研究的內(nèi)容可以為更多的在線學(xué)習(xí)課程貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量,為其他行業(yè)的在線學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)提供一定得參考。
[Abstract]:Educational statistics is an important basis for educational management and scientific decision-making. It is of great significance to provide accurate and timely statistical data for analyzing the development of education and ensuring the scientific development of education. The educational enterprise statistics troop full-time personnel is few, the part-time personnel is many. Statisticians in the post short period, frequent flow. The professional level is uneven. To some extent, these problems affect the data quality of education statistics. Only relying on the five educational statistics and training bases and the work arrangements in various places can no longer meet the needs of the specialization of millions of educational statisticians, nor can they meet the needs of the development of educational statistics under the new situation. It is hoped that the online training of national education statistics can make up for the shortage of offline training, strengthen the construction of statistical team, improve the professional level of statisticians and improve the quality of statistical data. In order to make full use of learning resources, complete online learning and achieve a certain teaching effect, the design of online learning activities is applied to the online learning of education statistics. Because the design of online learning activities not only pays attention to performance and content, but also pays attention to learners' learning experience, the design of key elements such as tasks, scenes, tutoring support, evaluation and so on. Better help learners to plan learning activities, so that learners in a series of learning activities, gradually achieve one by one learning goals, and finally complete the learning tasks, to achieve the desired learning effect. This paper explores the design framework of online learning activities through the in-depth study of the design framework of online learning activities. The framework is composed of five parts, and each part is analyzed and elaborated in detail. The framework is applied to the design of online learning activities in education statistics. According to the actual situation, the online learning of education statistics is designed. In the later stage, it is tested in concrete practice to verify the maneuverability and effectiveness of the method. This study hopes that the design of online learning activities of education statistics can help the students of education statistics to achieve a certain learning effect. At the same time, I also hope that the content of this study can contribute to more online learning courses, and provide some reference for the design of online learning activities in other industries.
