【摘要】：目的:了解本科實習護生心理韌性及特質應對方式的現(xiàn)狀,探討心理韌性與特質應對方式的相關性。方法:采用ConnorDavidson韌性量表、特質應對方式量表對武漢市某三級甲等醫(yī)院即將結束臨床實習的189名護理本科生進行調查。結果:189名本科護生心理韌性總分(63.26±15.38)分,特質應對方式總分(61.29±9.55)分,心理韌性與獨生子女狀況、家庭支持情況及心理健康教育狀況有關,特質應對方式與獨生子女狀況有關;積極應對方式與心理韌性的堅韌、力量、樂觀呈正相關,消極應對方式與心理韌性的堅韌、力量、樂觀呈負相關。結論:獨生子女狀況、家庭支持情況及心理健康教育狀況是影響本科護生心理韌性的重要因素,獨生子女狀況是影響特質應對方式的重要因素,并且本科護生心理韌性與特質應對方式有相關性,增強心理韌性有利于其采取積極的應對方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the present situation of psychological toughness and trait coping style of nursing students, and to explore the correlation between psychological toughness and trait coping style. Methods: ConnorDavidson resilience scale and trait coping style scale were used to investigate 189 nursing undergraduates who were about to finish their clinical practice in a Grade 3A Hospital in Wuhan. Results: the total scores of mental toughness and trait coping style of 189 nursing students were (63.26 鹵15.38) and (61.29 鹵9.55), respectively. Trait coping style is related to the condition of only child; Positive coping style is positively correlated with resilience, strength and optimism, while negative coping style is negatively correlated with resilience, strength and optimism. Conclusion: the condition of only child, family support and mental health education are the important factors that influence the psychological resilience of undergraduate nursing students, and the condition of only child is the important factor of influencing trait coping style. The psychological resilience of undergraduate nursing students is related to trait coping style, and strengthening psychological resilience is helpful to adopt positive coping style.
