全球學習戰(zhàn)略2030與中國教育的回應

【摘要】:技術進步正在促使全球勞動力結構發(fā)生深刻變化,到2030年,全球人才爭奪戰(zhàn)將更為激烈。世界各國的人力資本戰(zhàn)略正在做出調整,加緊實施面向2030年的教育變革,為21世紀培養(yǎng)競爭性人才。對于我國來說,培養(yǎng)具有全球競爭力的人才,支撐中國經濟的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,參與全球經濟競爭,教育必須面向世界和未來,為現(xiàn)在和未來的學習做出前瞻性的設計和規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Technological advances are driving profound changes in the global labour force structure, and by 2030 the global battle for talent will intensify. The strategy of human capital in the world is being adjusted, and the educational reform oriented to 2030 is being carried out to train competitive talents for the 21st century. For our country, education must face the world and the future, and design and plan forwardly for the present and future learning, to train the talents with global competitiveness, to support the sustainable development of Chinese economy and to participate in the global economic competition.
