混合式研修:內(nèi)涵、現(xiàn)狀與改進策略

【摘要】:在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"理念與教師培訓(xùn)改革的共同推動下,混合式研修成為當下教師培訓(xùn)的新常態(tài)。本文首先從混合式研修展開起點、構(gòu)建理路以及發(fā)展共識三個方面分析了混合式研修的基本取向,并以此為基礎(chǔ)闡釋了混合式研修的內(nèi)涵,即需要在形式、主體、活動以及關(guān)系等模式要素中實現(xiàn)多維度的互動與融合。針對當前實踐普遍存在著構(gòu)成要素單一、研修設(shè)計封閉、團隊構(gòu)建不力、實踐融合表淺等問題,本文從加強研修項目的系統(tǒng)化設(shè)計、提升研修項目的開放性程度、注重構(gòu)建具有整合意義的環(huán)境和增進相關(guān)主體之間的協(xié)作性等方面對混合式研修的設(shè)計與實施提出了改進建議。
[Abstract]:With the help of the concept of Internet and the reform of teacher training, hybrid training has become the new normal of teacher training. This paper first analyzes the basic orientation of hybrid study from three aspects: starting point, constructing rational way and developing consensus, and explains the connotation of hybrid study, that is, need in form, subject, and so on. Activities and relationships in the elements of the model to achieve multi-dimensional interaction and integration. In view of the problems of single component element, closed research design, weak team construction and shallow practice fusion, this paper aims at strengthening the systematic design of the research project and promoting the openness of the research project. Some suggestions on the design and implementation of hybrid research are put forward in this paper, which focus on the construction of integrated environment and enhance the collaboration among relevant subjects.
