從利益的“零和博弈”走向發(fā)展的“雙贏”

【摘要】:正《人民教育》2017年第3-4期刊發(fā)的《泛濫的評(píng)比可能引發(fā)教師群體"零和博弈"》一文,真實(shí)地道出了當(dāng)前泛濫的評(píng)比對(duì)教育的腐蝕和對(duì)教師群體的傷害。如何從操作角度改進(jìn)教師評(píng)比工作呢?與"零和"對(duì)應(yīng)的是"雙贏"。學(xué)校管理者要跳出"零和"思維,抱著科學(xué)認(rèn)真的態(tài)度完善評(píng)比實(shí)施方案和配套制度,努力達(dá)成"雙贏"。
[Abstract]:The "overflowing evaluation" published in the "people's Education" issue 3-4 in 2017 may lead to the "zero-sum game" of the teacher group, which truly shows the erosion of education and the harm to the teachers' group caused by the current overflowing evaluation. How to improve the teacher evaluation from the operational point of view? A zero sum corresponds to a win-win. School administrators should jump out of the "zero sum" thinking, take a scientific and serious attitude to improve the implementation of the evaluation program and supporting system, and strive to achieve "win-win".
