中小學(xué)生心理健康狀況的調(diào)查分析與教育策略

【摘要】:本研究采用華東師范大學(xué)周步成修訂的心理健康診斷測(cè)驗(yàn)(MHT),調(diào)查合肥市1480名中小學(xué)生。結(jié)果顯示:(1)有較嚴(yán)重心理健康問(wèn)題的學(xué)生檢出率為2.6%;分量表有一項(xiàng)或一項(xiàng)以上存在問(wèn)題的學(xué)生總檢出率為71.0%,其中檢出率最高的為學(xué)習(xí)焦慮;(2)農(nóng)村中小學(xué)生在孤獨(dú)傾向上得分顯著高于城市中小學(xué)生;(3)非示范校高中生在孤獨(dú)、自責(zé)、過(guò)敏、恐怖及總焦慮強(qiáng)度等項(xiàng)目上得分顯著高于示范校高中生;(4)女生在學(xué)習(xí)焦慮、對(duì)人焦慮、自責(zé)傾向、過(guò)敏傾向、身體癥狀、恐怖傾向、沖動(dòng)傾向及總焦慮強(qiáng)度上的得分顯著高于男生;(5)不同年級(jí)中小學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)焦慮、對(duì)人焦慮、孤獨(dú)傾向、過(guò)敏傾向、身體癥狀、沖動(dòng)傾向及總焦慮強(qiáng)度上的得分差異都有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:當(dāng)前中小學(xué)生心理健康狀況不容樂(lè)觀,應(yīng)積極采取相應(yīng)措施,提高心理健康教育的實(shí)效性。
[Abstract]:In this study, 1480 primary and middle school students in Hefei were investigated by (MHT), a mental health diagnostic test revised by Zhou Busheng, East China normal University. The results showed that: (1) the prevalence rate of students with more serious mental health problems was 2.6; the total detection rate of students with one or more problems in the subscale was 71.0, of which the highest was learning anxiety; (2) the students in rural primary and secondary schools were lonely. (3) High school students in non-model schools were lonely. The scores of self-blame, allergy, phobia and total anxiety intensity were significantly higher than those of high school students in model school. (4) female students had anxiety about study, anxiety about people, self-reproach tendency, allergic tendency, physical symptom, terror tendency, etc. The scores of impulsive tendency and total anxiety intensity were significantly higher than that of male students. (5) students of different grades had anxiety about study, anxiety about people, loneliness, allergy, physical symptoms, and so on. There were significant differences in the scores of impulsive tendency and total anxiety intensity. Conclusion: the current state of mental health of primary and middle school students is not optimistic, the corresponding measures should be taken to improve the effectiveness of mental health education.
