教育云平臺(tái)消息服務(wù)研究

【摘要】:隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+教育”的迅速發(fā)展,基于云計(jì)算技術(shù)的教育云平臺(tái)已經(jīng)成為在線教育的支撐服務(wù)架構(gòu)。教育云平臺(tái)聚合多種應(yīng)用,涵蓋教育教學(xué)、管理、評(píng)價(jià)、社交等各類(lèi)業(yè)務(wù),面向教育管理者、教師、學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)等各類(lèi)用戶。業(yè)務(wù)之間的通信需要統(tǒng)一的消息服務(wù)機(jī)制以保障使用的流暢性,用戶之間的通信需要通過(guò)消息服務(wù)機(jī)制以確保消息的通達(dá)及溝通的便捷。而消息具有種類(lèi)多、更新快、分布散等特點(diǎn),消息服務(wù)機(jī)制的實(shí)時(shí)性和可靠性面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。基于傳統(tǒng)“請(qǐng)求-響應(yīng)”模式的消息服務(wù)存在消息延遲和消息丟失等問(wèn)題,消息實(shí)時(shí)推送、可靠交付性能較差,對(duì)用戶的正常交流產(chǎn)生較大的影響。因此,在教育云平臺(tái)中實(shí)現(xiàn)實(shí)時(shí)可靠的消息服務(wù)顯得尤為重要。論文以教育云平臺(tái)的消息服務(wù)為研究主題,其主要工作包含三個(gè)方面。首先,分析了消息服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀與需求;趪(guó)內(nèi)外十五個(gè)典型教育平臺(tái)中消息服務(wù)應(yīng)用情況的調(diào)研結(jié)果,剖析了實(shí)時(shí)通信、消息中間件等技術(shù),分析了平臺(tái)的用戶特征、業(yè)務(wù)流程和功能需求,對(duì)平臺(tái)的總體架構(gòu)和功能架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。其次,闡述了消息服務(wù)技術(shù)方案與關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題解決策略。根據(jù)平臺(tái)需求和設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)了 WebSocket/Database、WebSocket/RabbitMQ兩種消息服務(wù)技術(shù)方案。通過(guò)對(duì)比兩種方案的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制、性能優(yōu)劣,確定了 RabbitMQ存儲(chǔ)分發(fā)消息、WebSocket中轉(zhuǎn)推送消息的實(shí)施路線,構(gòu)建了 WebSocket/RabbitMQ消息服務(wù)工作模型,解決了消息定向發(fā)送、消息實(shí)時(shí)推送、消息可靠交付、消息個(gè)性設(shè)置四個(gè)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題。最后,在師大教育云平臺(tái)中應(yīng)用實(shí)現(xiàn)了消息服務(wù)。依據(jù)WebSocket/RabbitMQ技術(shù)方案與模型,設(shè)計(jì)了消息服務(wù)發(fā)送、接收、應(yīng)答、解綁接口,依托師大教育云平臺(tái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了消息服務(wù)。目前教育云平臺(tái)消息服務(wù)已投入使用,運(yùn)行良好。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Internet education, cloud education platform based on cloud computing technology has become the supporting service framework of online education. Educational cloud platform aggregates a variety of applications, including education, teaching, management, evaluation, social and other business, for education administrators, teachers, students, parents and other users. The communication between services needs a unified message service mechanism to ensure the fluency of use, and the communication between users needs to ensure the accessibility of messages and the convenience of communication through the mechanism of message service. But the message has many kinds of characteristics, such as fast update, distributed, etc., the real-time and reliability of the message service mechanism is facing a huge challenge. Message service based on the traditional "request-response" mode has some problems such as message delay and message loss, the real-time push of messages and the poor performance of reliable delivery, which have a great impact on the normal communication of users. Therefore, it is very important to realize the real-time and reliable message service in the educational cloud platform. The thesis focuses on the message service of educational cloud platform, and its main work includes three aspects. Firstly, the current situation and requirements of message service are analyzed. Based on the investigation results of the application of message service in 15 typical educational platforms at home and abroad, the technologies of real-time communication and message middleware are analyzed, and the user characteristics, business process and functional requirements of the platform are analyzed. The overall architecture and functional architecture of the platform are designed. Secondly, the technical scheme of message service and the key problem solving strategy are expounded. According to the platform requirement and design, two message service schemes, WebSocketr Database and WebSocketr RabbitMQ, are designed. By comparing the implementation mechanism and performance of the two schemes, the implementation route of RabbitMQ storage and distribution message transfer and push message is determined, and the working model of WebSocket/RabbitMQ message service is constructed, which solves the problem of message oriented sending and real time message push. Message reliable delivery, message personality settings four key issues. Finally, the information service is implemented in the education cloud platform of normal University. According to the technical scheme and model of WebSocket/RabbitMQ, the message service sending, receiving, answering and untying interface are designed, and the message service is realized by relying on the educational cloud platform of normal University. At present, the education cloud platform message service has been put into use, running well.
