【摘要】：隨著我國職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展,高職院校學生數(shù)量呈逐年上升的趨勢,與此同時學生的心理健康問題也越來越凸顯出來。由于高職院校存在心理咨詢工作成效不高、心理健康教育主渠道缺失、學校院系班級三級管理網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)動不暢、課堂欠缺針對性和開放性以及心理健康教育師資力量薄弱等問題,導致高職院校學生心理健康教育工作相對薄弱。針對當前高職院校學生心理健康教育中存在的問題,為有效地推動高職院校學生心理健康教育,在提出改革課程教學、建立健全心理健康教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理體系、打造高素質(zhì)工作團隊的基礎(chǔ)上,指出要開展督導評估,以評促改,從而使心理健康教育工作科學、規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:With the development of vocational education in our country, the number of students in higher vocational colleges is increasing year by year, at the same time, the mental health problems of students are more and more prominent. There are some problems in higher vocational colleges, such as low effectiveness of psychological counseling, lack of main channels of mental health education, lack of linkage of three-level management network in colleges and departments, lack of pertinence and openness in classes, and weakness of teachers in mental health education. As a result, the mental health education of students in higher vocational colleges is relatively weak. In view of the problems existing in the psychological health education of the students in higher vocational colleges, in order to effectively promote the mental health education of the students in higher vocational colleges, it is proposed to reform the curriculum teaching and to establish and improve the network management system of the mental health education. On the basis of building high quality work team, it is pointed out that supervision and evaluation should be carried out in order to make mental health education scientific and standardized.
