【摘要】：流動(dòng)教師出于各種原因來到新的學(xué)校,新環(huán)境對其原有的教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)必然提出挑戰(zhàn)。同時(shí),為了更好地適應(yīng)新的環(huán)境,避免因?yàn)榻虒W(xué)對象和教學(xué)情境變化帶來教學(xué)質(zhì)量的下降,流動(dòng)教師需要對自身的個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的調(diào)整和改造。本論文旨在考察流動(dòng)教師對自身教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行調(diào)整和改造的過程,分析教師進(jìn)行個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)的必要性和可行性,探尋個(gè)體教師教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)改造的內(nèi)容和途徑。全文共分為四個(gè)部分,內(nèi)容概要如下:第一部分導(dǎo)論,梳理已有研究發(fā)現(xiàn),學(xué)界主要是從宏觀方面對教師流動(dòng)進(jìn)行論述,很少關(guān)注流動(dòng)教師在流動(dòng)過程中的教學(xué)效果和適應(yīng)性問題。據(jù)此研究現(xiàn)狀,本研究確定了在教師流動(dòng)的背景條件下,探討流動(dòng)教師為了適應(yīng)新的教育教學(xué)環(huán)境主動(dòng)對自身個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行的調(diào)整和改造的過程。第二部分研究設(shè)計(jì),確定與本研究高度契合的個(gè)案研究方式,并明確研究對象的選取,資料收集的方法以及研究的過程。第三部分通過流動(dòng)教師L教師個(gè)案的呈現(xiàn),分析L教師在流動(dòng)過程中由于新的教學(xué)對象和教學(xué)情境所面臨的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和德育經(jīng)驗(yàn)三方面的挑戰(zhàn)以及其為了應(yīng)對這些挑戰(zhàn)所做的努力。第四部分基于第三部分,從外部困境和已有教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析教師進(jìn)行個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)改造的必要性;從個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)的特征、個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)改造的前提以及個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)改造的取向思考教師對自身個(gè)體教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)改造的可行性;從教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及德育經(jīng)驗(yàn)三個(gè)方面論述教師對自身教育經(jīng)驗(yàn)改造的內(nèi)容,并進(jìn)一步探討了進(jìn)行改造的途徑即“實(shí)踐—反思”以及“對話與培訓(xùn)”。
[Abstract]:The mobile teachers come to the new school for various reasons, and the new environment inevitably challenges their original educational experience. At the same time, in order to better adapt to the new environment and avoid the decline of teaching quality caused by the change of teaching object and teaching situation, mobile teachers need to adjust and reform their own individual education experience. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the process of adjustment and transformation of mobile teachers' own educational experience, to analyze the necessity and feasibility of teachers' individual educational experience, and to explore the contents and approaches of individual teachers' educational experience transformation. The full text is divided into four parts, the content is summarized as follows: the first part of the introduction, combing the existing research found that the academic community is mainly from the macro aspects of the flow of teachers to discuss, Little attention is paid to the teaching effect and adaptability of mobile teachers. On the basis of the present research situation, this study determines the process of adjusting and reforming the individual educational experience of mobile teachers in order to adapt to the new educational and teaching environment under the background condition of teacher mobility. The second part of the research design, to determine the highly consistent with the study of the case study, and clear the selection of research objects, methods of data collection and research process. The third part analyzes the teaching experience that L teachers face in the course of flowing because of the new teaching object and teaching situation. Management experience and moral experience three challenges and their efforts to meet these challenges. The fourth part, based on the third part, analyzes the necessity of teachers' reform of individual educational experience from the external predicament and existing educational experience, and analyzes the characteristics of individual educational experience. On the premise of individual Educational experience Transformation and the orientation of individual Educational experience Transformation This paper discusses the contents of teachers' transformation of their own educational experience from three aspects: management experience and moral education experience, and further probes into the ways of reform, that is, "practice-introspection" and "dialogue and training".
