【摘要】：農(nóng)民工子弟是經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下的產(chǎn)物,繁衍出諸多問題引起主流媒體的爭相報(bào)道和學(xué)術(shù)領(lǐng)域的思考、探索。文章通過上溯至中國傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)土社會關(guān)系的分析框架,并厘清當(dāng)代"鄉(xiāng)村混混"的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析框架,分析中國"混"的農(nóng)民工子弟同輩群體的社會關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)和亞文化,探索兒童群體或個人所處的網(wǎng)絡(luò)地位、微觀網(wǎng)絡(luò)背后的文化脈絡(luò)和社會結(jié)構(gòu)要素,以及農(nóng)民工子弟群體的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)和制度安排。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)"混"的兒童群體依靠"義"和"力"互補(bǔ)維持的文化原則,"義"是支持其群體成立和維持內(nèi)部穩(wěn)定性的機(jī)制,"力"則是維持群體間動態(tài)平衡和分層的機(jī)制,由此形成"等序"和"差序"并存的結(jié)構(gòu)。通過與威利斯對英國工人階層子弟"小子們"微觀社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)、群體亞文化等的比較研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)這個群體同時具有對中產(chǎn)階層制度的認(rèn)同和農(nóng)民工子弟身份認(rèn)同,這種結(jié)構(gòu)在農(nóng)民工子弟向上通道狹窄的情況下,具有階層流動的相對開放性,并沒有造成農(nóng)民工階層認(rèn)同的封閉。由此,文章認(rèn)為可以通過宏觀的教育制度和微觀的社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)改變農(nóng)民工子弟身份的同質(zhì)性結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The children of migrant workers are the product of the economic globalization background. Many problems have caused the mainstream media to report and think and explore in the academic field. By tracing back to the analysis frame of traditional rural social relations in China, and clarifying the social network analysis framework of contemporary "rural mixed students", this paper analyzes the social relations network and subculture of the same generation of migrant workers' children in China. This paper explores the network status of children or individuals, the cultural context and social structural elements behind micro networks, and the social networks and institutional arrangements of the children of migrant workers. It is found that the "mixed" group of children depends on the cultural principle of "righteousness" and "force" complementary to each other. "meaning" is the mechanism to support the establishment and maintenance of internal stability of the group, while "force" is the mechanism to maintain dynamic balance and stratification among groups. From this formation "equal order" and "difference order" coexisting structure. Through a comparative study with Willis on the microcosmic social network and group subculture of the children of the working class in Britain, it is found that this group has both the identity of the middle class system and the identity of the children of migrant workers. This kind of structure has the relative openness of stratum flow under the condition of narrow upward passage of migrant workers' children, and does not result in the closure of migrant workers' stratum identity. Therefore, it is suggested that the homogeneous structure of migrant workers' children's identity can be changed through macro education system and micro social network.
