【摘要】：在大數(shù)據(jù)時代,信息呈爆炸式增長。蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)站增長迅速、內(nèi)容豐富,各網(wǎng)站的新聞素材數(shù)據(jù)越來越多。為了進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)蒙古族地區(qū)傳媒教育的發(fā)展,幫助培養(yǎng)更多的蒙古族新聞采編人才,實時跟蹤海量的蒙古語新聞素材,設(shè)計實現(xiàn)蒙古語新聞媒介融合平臺成為亟待解決的問題。蒙古語新聞媒介融合平臺的整體設(shè)計架構(gòu)如下。首先從固定蒙古語網(wǎng)站和相關(guān)漢語網(wǎng)站爬取素材資源,對素材進(jìn)行分詞等預(yù)處理后按媒體類型進(jìn)入數(shù)據(jù)庫,再對素材資源按照內(nèi)容等主題聚類后返回數(shù)據(jù)庫,在網(wǎng)站前端按照主題進(jìn)行素材資源展示,學(xué)生可以按照興趣進(jìn)行素材下載,下載后可以通過視頻非線性編輯軟件系統(tǒng)對素材進(jìn)行重新編輯并發(fā)布。為了能夠?qū)@些新聞視頻素材進(jìn)行重新編輯,本文對蒙古語新聞媒介融合平臺中的視頻非線性編輯關(guān)鍵內(nèi)容展開了應(yīng)用研究,主要進(jìn)行了以下兩方面工作:第一、調(diào)研提供素材源的蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)站。充足的蒙古語新聞素材資源是對相關(guān)蒙古語新聞進(jìn)行重新編輯的基礎(chǔ)。因此,筆者首先對蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)站做了調(diào)研,包括中國蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)、人民網(wǎng)蒙文版、赤峰蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)等13個蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)站。這些蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)站擁有大量的視頻、音頻、圖片等新聞素材資源,其中,視頻素材的主要格式為FLV、MP4等;音頻素材的主要格式為MP3等;圖片素材的主要格式為JPG等。對蒙古語新聞網(wǎng)站的調(diào)研為下一步蒙古語新聞視頻的非線性編輯做了充分準(zhǔn)備。第二、實現(xiàn)蒙古語新聞視頻非線性編輯軟件系統(tǒng)�，F(xiàn)有的視頻非線性編輯軟件都只有30天左右的試用期,并且EDIUS內(nèi)部沒有直接提供蒙古語豎版字幕模板。因此,筆者對開源程序Openshot和Inkscape進(jìn)行整合優(yōu)化,實現(xiàn)了一個面向蒙古語新聞視頻非線性編輯的軟件系統(tǒng)。首先,對原程序界面中的一些英文進(jìn)行了中文翻譯,包括Title、Video Format等。其次,對界面中部分復(fù)雜子項目進(jìn)行了重新優(yōu)化組合,利用qt designer軟件對幫助下拉菜單的子項目進(jìn)行了重新組合。另外,利用蒙古語鏡像字體和Inkscape開源程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)了蒙古語字幕的豎版顯示,并對系統(tǒng)的素材區(qū)添加了圖像窗口等。最終對程序進(jìn)行重新打包,生成exe格式的安裝包。本文對設(shè)計實現(xiàn)的軟件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了一系列的功能測試,測試結(jié)果表明,本系統(tǒng)可以滿足初學(xué)者對蒙古語新聞視頻非線性編輯的基本需求。
[Abstract]:In the age of big data, information has exploded. Mongolian news website grows rapidly, the content is rich, the news material data of each website is more and more. In order to further promote the development of media education in Mongolian areas, help train more Mongolian news editors, track a large amount of Mongolian news materials in real time, design and realize Mongolian news media fusion platform become an urgent problem to be solved. The overall design framework of Mongolian news media fusion platform is as follows. First, crawling the material resources from the fixed Mongolian websites and related Chinese websites, pretreating the material with word segmentation and entering the database according to the media type, then returning the material resources to the database after clustering according to the content and other topics. In front of the website according to the theme of material resources display, students can download according to their interest, after downloading, the material can be reedited and published through the video non-linear editing software system. In order to reedit these news video materials, this paper studies the key content of nonlinear video editing in Mongolian news media fusion platform. The main works are as follows: first, Research provides a source of material for Mongolian news sites. Adequate Mongolian news material resources are the basis of reediting Mongolian news. Therefore, the author first made a survey on Mongolian news websites, including 13 Mongolian news websites, such as China Mongolian News Network, people's net Mongolian version, Chifeng Mongolian News Network and so on. These Mongolian news websites have a large number of news material resources, such as video, audio, pictures, etc. Among them, the main format of video material is FLV MP4, the main format of audio material is MP3, the main format of picture material is JPG and so on. The research on Mongolian news website provides the next step for nonlinear editing of Mongolian news video. Second, the realization of Mongolian news video nonlinear editing software system. The existing video nonlinear editing software only has a trial period of about 30 days, and Edus does not provide Mongolian Vertical subtitle template directly. Therefore, the open source program Openshot and Inkscape are integrated and optimized, and a software system for nonlinear editing of Mongolian news video is implemented. First of all, some English translations are carried out in the original program interface, including title Video format and so on. Secondly, some complex subitems in the interface are recombined, and the subitems that help the drop-down menu are recombined by using QT designer software. In addition, Mongol mirror font and Inkscape open source program are used to realize the vertical display of Mongolian subtitles, and the image window is added to the material area of the system. Finally, the program is repackaged to generate the exe format of the installation package. In this paper, a series of functional tests are carried out on the software system designed and implemented. The results show that the system can meet the basic needs of Mongolian news video nonlinear editing for beginners.
