【摘要】：《特殊教育學(xué)校建筑設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》JGJ76-2003是對(duì)特殊教育學(xué)校的建設(shè)進(jìn)行規(guī)定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)文件,其執(zhí)行至今已有十三年,并于2014年開始了修編工作。特殊教育學(xué)校的類型決定了康復(fù)訓(xùn)練空間是其特殊性的組成部分。本文借參與特教規(guī)范外圍修編工作的機(jī)會(huì),對(duì)特教規(guī)范中涉及康復(fù)訓(xùn)練空間的條文進(jìn)行適宜性研究。另一方面,隨著特殊教育的不斷發(fā)展,新的康復(fù)理念、訓(xùn)練方法、儀器設(shè)備等不斷涌現(xiàn),使得康復(fù)訓(xùn)練用房的類型或康復(fù)訓(xùn)練環(huán)境的特殊性要求都發(fā)生了變化。為了保障殘障學(xué)生能有良好的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練質(zhì)量,特教規(guī)范需要對(duì)這些新變化所對(duì)應(yīng)的建筑空間、設(shè)施設(shè)備的改變做出補(bǔ)充規(guī)定。本文也將對(duì)此展開研究闡述。本文希望通過(guò)研究提出并證明筆者對(duì)特教規(guī)范條文編制理念的觀點(diǎn),即特教規(guī)范條文在編制時(shí)應(yīng)將醫(yī)學(xué)、教育學(xué)等領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)知識(shí)及治療的目標(biāo)通過(guò)建筑規(guī)范專業(yè)表述進(jìn)行提煉,總結(jié)成建筑空間應(yīng)具備的規(guī)定性屬性,再輔助規(guī)定指導(dǎo)性手段。
[Abstract]:JGJ76-2003 is a standard document for the construction of special education schools. It has been implemented for 13 years and has been revised in 2014. The type of special education school determines that the rehabilitation training space is the component of its particularity. This paper takes the opportunity of participating in the peripheral revision of special education norms to study the appropriateness of the provisions of special education norms concerning rehabilitation training space. On the other hand, with the continuous development of special education, new rehabilitation concepts, training methods, equipment and so on are constantly emerging, which makes the types of rehabilitation training rooms or the special requirements of rehabilitation training environment have changed. In order to ensure that disabled students can have good quality of rehabilitation training, special education codes need to make supplementary regulations on the changes of building space and facilities corresponding to these new changes. This article will also carry out a study on this. This paper hopes to put forward and prove the author's viewpoint on the idea of compiling special education regulations, that is, special education regulations should be compiled in medicine. The professional knowledge and the target of treatment in the field of pedagogy and other fields are abstracted by the professional expression of building code, and summarized as the prescriptive attributes of the building space, and then the guiding means are supplemented.
