【摘要】：時務(wù)學(xué)堂是是近代法政教育變革的先驅(qū)。其辦學(xué)宗旨鮮明,以政學(xué)為主義,以開民智為要務(wù)。其已有較為系統(tǒng)的法政教育課程設(shè)計,每月都有"公法學(xué)"研讀書目,其中既有《法國律例》《英律全書》等比較法、憲法、民法、刑法、商法、國際法等具體法律門類,更有《萬國公法》《佐治芻言》等最新潮的西方法律著作。批判專制法統(tǒng)、倡導(dǎo)民權(quán)自由是其教育靈魂所在,師生探討了民權(quán)自由、限制皇權(quán)、君臣關(guān)系、西方議院等最新法政問題。
[Abstract]:The school is a pioneer in the reform of modern legal education. Its school-running purpose is clear, to politics for the doctrine, to open the people for the top priority. It has a systematic curriculum design of legal and political education, and has a bibliography of "public law" every month, including comparative law, constitution, civil law, criminal law, commercial law, international law and so on. There are also the most modern western legal works, such as Public Law of Nations and George's ruminant. Criticizing autocracy and advocating the freedom of civil rights is the soul of his education. The teachers and students discuss the latest legal issues such as civil rights freedom, the restriction of imperial power, the relationship between monarchs and subjects, and the western parliament.
