【摘要】：核心素養(yǎng)作為21世紀(jì)教育目標(biāo)的集中體現(xiàn),反映出人們對(duì)于教育目標(biāo)內(nèi)涵的全新認(rèn)識(shí),昭示著教育目標(biāo)領(lǐng)域的主導(dǎo)性思維方式正在發(fā)生著由分析還原到系統(tǒng)綜合的轉(zhuǎn)向。本文從教育目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)變革的視角出發(fā),以歐盟核心素養(yǎng)框架為主要參照,針對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前核心素養(yǎng)研究中的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)思維,將核心素養(yǎng)置于以素養(yǎng)為核心概念的新型教育目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)之中進(jìn)行考察,揭示了核心素養(yǎng)在教育目標(biāo)系統(tǒng)中的定位及其與各層級(jí)教育目標(biāo)的關(guān)系,提出了用于分析和表述核心素養(yǎng)內(nèi)容與結(jié)構(gòu)的理論框架,以期深化對(duì)核心素養(yǎng)及相關(guān)問(wèn)題的認(rèn)識(shí),推動(dòng)核心素養(yǎng)在我國(guó)教育理論與實(shí)踐領(lǐng)域的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As the concentrated embodiment of the educational goal in the 21st century, the core accomplishment reflects people's new understanding of the connotation of the educational goal, and shows that the leading thinking mode in the field of educational goal is changing from analysis to system synthesis. From the perspective of the systematic transformation of educational objectives, this paper, taking the core literacy framework of the European Union as the main reference, applies systematic thinking to the hot issues in the research of core literacy in China. This paper puts the core literacy in the new educational goal system with the concept of literacy as the core, and reveals the orientation of the core accomplishment in the educational goal system and the relationship between the core accomplishment and the educational goal at all levels. This paper puts forward a theoretical framework for analyzing and expressing the content and structure of core literacy in order to deepen the understanding of core literacy and related problems and to promote the healthy development of core literacy in the field of educational theory and practice in China.
