【摘要】：自我控制對(duì)人的行為習(xí)慣、適應(yīng)性、身心健康等都有重要的作用。手機(jī)依賴現(xiàn)象日益困擾著學(xué)校、學(xué)生、家長,這現(xiàn)象與自我控制、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持又有重要關(guān)系。因此,本研究對(duì)三者進(jìn)行探究。研究一:用問卷對(duì)595名中學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查,修訂Tangney的自我控制簡明版量表,以便中學(xué)生群體施測(cè)。研究二:對(duì)5所中學(xué)近600名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,探討自我控制、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與手機(jī)依賴的關(guān)系。研究三:篩選9名不同自我控制、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持水平的被試進(jìn)行訪談,進(jìn)一步探討自我控制、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持對(duì)手機(jī)依賴的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)研究修訂的中學(xué)生自我控制量表的Cronbach’sɑ系數(shù)為0.764,具有良好的信效度,適用于中學(xué)生群體。(2)中學(xué)生自我控制、領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持與手機(jī)依賴兩兩顯著相關(guān)。中學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴比為22.32%。自我控制能顯著負(fù)向預(yù)測(cè)手機(jī)依賴,解釋量為18.2%。(3)農(nóng)村學(xué)校的中學(xué)生的自我控制及領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持顯著高于城市學(xué)校,手機(jī)依賴顯著低于城市學(xué)校。領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持女生顯著高于男生。(4)自我控制高的學(xué)生能夠較好地安排手機(jī)使用的時(shí)間、善于利用手機(jī)幫助自己進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)、能夠更好地適應(yīng)不能使用手機(jī)的日子,手機(jī)使用監(jiān)控效果較好。領(lǐng)悟社會(huì)支持低的人借助手機(jī)進(jìn)行社交、調(diào)節(jié)情緒的需求較高,不能使用手機(jī)時(shí)戒斷性感受較強(qiáng),適應(yīng)較慢,手機(jī)使用監(jiān)控效果較差。家長、學(xué)校對(duì)學(xué)生手機(jī)使用的監(jiān)管可以有效降低學(xué)生手機(jī)依賴的程度。
[Abstract]:Self-control plays an important role in human behavior, adaptability, physical and mental health. The phenomenon of cell phone dependence is increasingly troubling schools, students, parents, this phenomenon and self-control, understanding of social support has an important relationship. Therefore, this study explores the three aspects. Study 1: 595 middle school students were investigated by questionnaire and Tangney's brief version of self-control scale was revised. The second study was to investigate the relationship between social support and mobile phone dependence in 5 middle schools with a questionnaire survey of nearly 600 students to explore self-control and understanding of the relationship between social support and mobile phone dependence. Study 3: 9 subjects with different self-control and social support level were interviewed to further explore the influence of social support on mobile phone dependence. The results showed that the Cronbachs coefficient of the revised self-control scale for middle school students was 0.764, which had good reliability and validity. It was suitable for middle school students. 2) Self-control of middle school students. Perceived social support was significantly related to mobile phone dependence. The cell phone dependence ratio of middle school students was 22.32. Self-control can predict cell phone dependence negatively, with an explanation of 18.20.0.The self-control and perceived social support of middle school students in rural schools is significantly higher than that of urban schools, and mobile phone dependence is significantly lower than that of urban schools. Students with higher self-control were able to arrange the time of mobile phone use, be good at using mobile phone to help themselves to study, and be better able to adapt to the days when they could not use mobile phone. Mobile phone monitoring effect is better. People with low social support can use mobile phone to socialize and adjust their emotions. When they can't use mobile phone, they have stronger withdrawal feeling, slower adaptation and worse monitoring effect. Parents, school regulation of cell phone use can effectively reduce the degree of cell phone dependence.
