【摘要】：目的分析大學(xué)生無聊傾向、沖動性與進食行為之間的關(guān)系,為指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生形成健康進食行為提供參考。方法采用大學(xué)生無聊傾向問卷、Barrat沖動性量表和進食行為問卷,對從黑龍江省2所大學(xué)方便抽取的957名大學(xué)生進行調(diào)查。結(jié)果不同性別大學(xué)生進食行為得分差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,女生限制性進食、情緒性進食和外因性進食得分均高于男生(t值分別為5.48,6.70,6.14,P值均0.05);不同年級學(xué)生得分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F值分別為1.17,0.42,0.89,P值均0.05)。無聊傾向與沖動性、情緒性進食、外因性進食均呈正相關(guān)(P值均0.05),與限制性進食相關(guān)無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;沖動性與限制性進食、情緒性進食和外因性進食均呈正相關(guān)(P值均0.05)。沖動性在無聊傾向預(yù)測情緒性進食和外因性進食間均起到部分中介效應(yīng),所占比例分別為44.89%,47.29%。結(jié)論無聊傾向既可直接又可間接通過沖動性對大學(xué)生情緒性進食和外因性進食行為產(chǎn)生影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between boredom tendency, impulsiveness and eating behavior in college students, and to provide reference for healthy eating behavior. Methods the Barrat impulsive questionnaire and eating behavior questionnaire were used to investigate 957 college students from 2 universities in Heilongjiang province. Results there were significant differences in the scores of eating behavior among different genders. The scores of emotional eating and exogenous eating were higher than those of boys (5.48 鹵6.70, 6.14P, 0.05P, respectively), and there was no significant difference in scores of students of different grades (F = 1.170.42, P = 0.89P, 0.05P, respectively). There was a positive correlation between boredom tendency and impulsiveness, emotional eating and exogenous eating (P < 0.05), but no significant correlation between compulsive and restricted eating, emotional eating and external eating (P = 0.05). Impulsiveness played a part of mediating effect between predication of boredom tendency to emotional eating and exogenous eating, and the proportion of impulsiveness was 44.89 and 47.29 respectively. Conclusion the tendency of boredom can directly and indirectly influence college students' emotional eating and exogenous eating behavior through impulsiveness.
