【摘要】：學校變革型領導力是學校管理研究的熱點,近年來國外研究成果擢升,開發(fā)了多樣化的測評工具并對其效用、影響因素及具體作用路徑進行了深入探討。對國外相關研究結果的梳理可以看出,學校變革型領導力能夠提高學校管理效能,促進教師心理的積極發(fā)展和學生學業(yè)成績的提升。仍存在的主要不足有:理論界定不夠清晰、研究方法較為單一、對教育情境的關注不夠等。未來研究的發(fā)展方向是:構建整合型理論、采用橫斷和縱向研究相結合的研究設計、開發(fā)標準化測評工具等。
[Abstract]:School transformational leadership is a hot topic in school management research. In recent years, foreign research achievements have promoted, developed a variety of evaluation tools and discussed its utility, influencing factors and specific action path. It can be seen that school transformational leadership can improve the efficiency of school management and promote the positive development of teachers' psychology and the improvement of students' academic achievement. The main shortcomings still exist: the definition of theory is not clear enough, the research method is single, and the attention to educational situation is not enough. The development direction of the future research is: constructing the integration theory, adopting the research design of the combination of crosscutting and longitudinal research, developing standardized evaluation tools and so on.
