【摘要】:如今已經(jīng)步入科技與信息的新媒體時(shí)代,移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展不斷地革新與發(fā)展,4G、5G網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)地升級(jí)也變得屢見(jiàn)不鮮。伴隨自媒體時(shí)代的來(lái)臨,智能手機(jī)功能與應(yīng)用的逐漸更新與擴(kuò)大,已經(jīng)逐步融合電腦的各項(xiàng)功能,讓信息獲得方便化、實(shí)時(shí)化,人們可以通過(guò)智能手機(jī)滿足學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活等多功能多方面的使用需求。采用智能手機(jī)可通過(guò)移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)獲取大量的信息,學(xué)習(xí)新的知識(shí),移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)已經(jīng)成為了一個(gè)新的學(xué)習(xí)場(chǎng)所;ヂ(lián)網(wǎng)+時(shí)代的平臺(tái)下移動(dòng)終端新型培訓(xùn)方式已經(jīng)在生活中廣為流傳與使用,已經(jīng)慢慢融入到人們的學(xué)習(xí)與工作中,擴(kuò)寬了人們新的學(xué)習(xí)模式。在琳瑯滿目的APP中,微信是一個(gè)比較突出比較有代表性的軟件,2012年8月,微信公眾平臺(tái)正式上線,就受到來(lái)自各方面的關(guān)注,到現(xiàn)在,已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為人們接觸網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及學(xué)習(xí)社交的一個(gè)重要的平臺(tái)。本文研究的課題是基于土右旗蒙銀微信公眾平臺(tái)的銀行員工網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)模式。微信公眾平臺(tái)是集宣傳、營(yíng)銷、推廣、服務(wù)、公益等多樣性功能于一體的網(wǎng)絡(luò)交流平臺(tái),為網(wǎng)民和媒體提供信息傳播的新方式,建立與讀者溝通的互動(dòng)模式,同時(shí)為企業(yè)提供服務(wù)與管理的功能。基于微信公眾平臺(tái)開(kāi)設(shè)銀行員工的網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)模式,將移動(dòng)設(shè)備學(xué)習(xí)的方便性、易操作、隨時(shí)性等特點(diǎn)與微型課程短小、精悍、實(shí)用的設(shè)計(jì)原則相結(jié)合產(chǎn)生適用于銀行員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)與管理的移動(dòng)課程。基于微信公共平臺(tái)銀行員工的網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn),此種學(xué)習(xí)模式可以滿足學(xué)習(xí)者的學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間與地點(diǎn)的不固定的需求,切實(shí)提高學(xué)習(xí)者的自由支配度,利用碎片時(shí)間進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),是數(shù)字化時(shí)代的典型代表,符合快速節(jié)奏下的生活狀態(tài)。文章的內(nèi)容主要分為如下幾部分:首先,對(duì)銀行培訓(xùn)的研究背景以及利用微信公眾平臺(tái)銀行員工網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)的意義進(jìn)行介紹與闡述,并借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外成熟的人力資源培訓(xùn)的理論與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)為本文提供理論與實(shí)踐支持。依據(jù)我國(guó)當(dāng)今微信公共平臺(tái)普及利用的特點(diǎn),對(duì)土右旗蒙銀村鎮(zhèn)銀行員工的微信公共平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)的可行性和實(shí)施性進(jìn)行分析,從而對(duì)其網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)方式進(jìn)行評(píng)估。其次,通過(guò)銀行微信公共平臺(tái)簡(jiǎn)介和銀行人員體系結(jié)構(gòu)圖兩個(gè)方面對(duì)土右旗蒙銀村鎮(zhèn)銀行員工的培訓(xùn)體系的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,系統(tǒng)分析對(duì)土右旗蒙銀村鎮(zhèn)銀行對(duì)員工實(shí)施微信公眾平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)后前后對(duì)比學(xué)習(xí)情況的差異性。在對(duì)土右旗蒙銀村鎮(zhèn)銀行進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步通過(guò)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷的方法,掌握員工學(xué)習(xí)的數(shù)據(jù),分析員工的資源分布狀況、年齡特征、學(xué)歷程度以及接受的培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷等,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)土右旗蒙銀村鎮(zhèn)員工的培訓(xùn)狀態(tài)獲得掌握。再次,對(duì)土右旗蒙銀村鎮(zhèn)銀行目前已有的員工培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行介紹,主要分析的對(duì)象是目前員工的培訓(xùn)情況及存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而與移動(dòng)終端網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)的方式形成對(duì)比,從而得出移動(dòng)終端網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)的優(yōu)勢(shì)所在。最后,基于土右旗蒙銀微信公眾平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)模式的構(gòu)建,彌補(bǔ)目前培訓(xùn)方式的不足,根據(jù)銀行的現(xiàn)有資源借助于網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢(shì)特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行結(jié)合與利用,從而提高銀行員工業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)的效率,并較少銀員工培訓(xùn)的成本。構(gòu)建土右旗蒙銀微信公眾平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng),定期向員工推送培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容消息,將銀行的業(yè)務(wù)知識(shí)、服務(wù)禮儀、規(guī)章制度等內(nèi)容以簡(jiǎn)明易懂的形式發(fā)送給員工,使員工可以隨時(shí)隨地、反復(fù)的進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)觀看。借助蒙銀村鎮(zhèn)銀行的資源優(yōu)勢(shì)以及現(xiàn)有的培訓(xùn)模式,使得微信公眾平臺(tái)網(wǎng)絡(luò)培訓(xùn)不僅僅再是銀行員工培訓(xùn)的有益補(bǔ)充,并且是銀行對(duì)員工進(jìn)行專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能培訓(xùn)的的重要方式,利用傳統(tǒng)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)的兩種培訓(xùn)方式從而更好地幫助員工提升自己的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)水平。
[Abstract]:With the new media era of science and technology and information, mobile Internet technology has been constantly innovation and development with the development of the times. 4G, 5G network technology has become more and more common. With the advent of the era of media, the gradual update and expansion of the function and application of the smart phone has gradually integrated the functions of the computer and let the information be obtained. Very convenient, real-time, intelligent mobile phone people can meet the learning, work, life and other aspects of the use of functional requirements. The intelligent mobile phone can get a large amount of information through the mobile Internet, learning new knowledge, the mobile Internet has become a new place for study. Internet plus era under the platform of mobile terminal NEW The mode of training has been widely spread and used in life. It has gradually merged into people's learning and work and broadened the new learning model. In the dazzling APP, WeChat is a relatively representative software. In August 2012, the public platform of WeChat was formally launched, and received attention from all aspects. Now, it has become an important platform for people to contact the network and learn social networking. This study is based on the network training model of bank employees based on the Mongolian silver micro credit public platform. The WeChat public platform is a network communication platform which integrates various functions such as publicity, marketing, promotion, service and public welfare. And the media provide a new way to communicate information, establish an interactive mode of communication with the readers, and provide service and management functions for the enterprise. Based on the WeChat public platform, the network training model of bank employees will be set up to facilitate the convenience, easy operation, and the convenience of the mobile equipment learning. Based on the network training of the employees of the WeChat public platform bank, this learning model can meet the unfixed needs of the learners' learning time and place, improve the learner's freedom of control, and use the time of debris to study. It is a digital age. The main contents of the paper are in accordance with the fast pace of life. The contents of the article are divided into the following parts: first, the research background of the bank training and the significance of using the WeChat public platform bank employees' network training are introduced and expounded, and the theoretical and practical experience of the mature human resource training at home and abroad is proposed for this article. According to the characteristics of the popularization and utilization of the WeChat public platform in China, the feasibility and implementation of the WeChat public platform network training for the employees of the Bank of Mongol village and town bank of the land right banner are analyzed, and the network training methods are evaluated. Secondly, through the introduction of the bank of WeChat public platform and the bank personnel system In the two aspects, this paper analyzes the present situation of the training system for the employees of the Bank of the Mongol village and town bank of the Tu Right Banner. It systematically analyzes the difference of the comparative learning between the bank and the Bank of the Mongolian Silver Village and town on the earth right banner after the implementation of the WeChat public platform network training. On the basis of the analysis of the Bank of the Mongol village, the Bank of Mongol is further investigated. The method of the questionnaire is to master the data of the employee's learning, analyze the distribution of the staff, the age characteristics, the degree of education and the training experience, and then the training state of the staff of the village and town of the Mongolian Right Banner is mastered. The object of analysis is the current staff training and the existing problems, and then compared with the mode of mobile terminal network training, thus the advantages of the mobile terminal network training are obtained. Finally, based on the construction of the training mode of the Mongol Mongol micro credit public platform network, to make up for the shortage of current training methods, according to the bank With the help of the advantages and characteristics of network learning, the existing resources are combined and utilized to improve the efficiency of the training of the bank employees, and less cost of training for the silver staff. The content and other contents are sent to employees in a concise and easy form, so that employees can learn and watch repeatedly and at any time. With the help of the resources advantage and the existing training mode of the Mongolian Bank of Mongolian and silver village, the WeChat public platform network training is not only a useful supplement to the training of the bank staff, but also the professional knowledge of the bank to the employees. The important way of training knowledge and skills is to make use of the two training methods of tradition and network to better help employees improve their professional quality.
