【摘要】：加強(qiáng)教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)是新時(shí)期俄羅斯教育空間發(fā)展的重要向度,既滿足了破解俄羅斯教育領(lǐng)域?qū)嵺`困境的現(xiàn)實(shí)訴求,同時(shí)也滿足了俄羅斯社會(huì)群體對(duì)教師職業(yè)的廣泛道德期待。當(dāng)代俄羅斯教師職業(yè)道德是一個(gè)完整的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,具體表現(xiàn)為以熱愛(ài)學(xué)生為核心品質(zhì),以倫理準(zhǔn)則作為其外部約束。為進(jìn)一步提升教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)的規(guī)范性、穩(wěn)固性和連續(xù)性,俄羅斯選擇并確立了加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè)、增設(shè)倫理類課程、健全職后培訓(xùn)等實(shí)踐路徑。
[Abstract]:Strengthening the construction of teachers' professional ethics is an important aspect of the development of Russian educational space in the new period, which meets the practical demands of solving the practical difficulties in the field of education in Russia. At the same time, it also satisfies the widespread moral expectation of Russian social groups on the profession of teachers. The professional ethics of contemporary Russian teachers is a complete structure system, which is manifested by the core quality of love for students and the external restriction of ethical norms. In order to further enhance the standardization, stability and continuity of teachers' professional ethics construction, Russia has chosen and established the practical path of strengthening the system construction, adding ethics courses and perfecting post-service training.
