【摘要】:在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)快速發(fā)展的時(shí)代背景下,社區(qū)教育的信息化建設(shè)關(guān)系著我國社區(qū)教育的未來。網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)作為一種新型的學(xué)習(xí)模式,能夠突破傳統(tǒng)教育模式的種種限制,給社區(qū)教育建設(shè)帶來了新的活力。擁有個(gè)性化功能的社區(qū)教育平臺(tái)不僅能夠滿足社區(qū)居民多樣化的學(xué)習(xí)需求、提高社區(qū)教育的信息化管理水平,同時(shí)可以增強(qiáng)社區(qū)居民的凝聚力,從而加速實(shí)現(xiàn)我國終身教育事業(yè)和建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的步伐。近年來,隨著我國社區(qū)教育的快速發(fā)展,社區(qū)教育示范基地的數(shù)量不斷增加、規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,與社區(qū)教育有關(guān)的信息化產(chǎn)品也是層出不窮。目前,全國各地許多教育示范基地相繼推出了具有本土特色的教育學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái),隨著越來越多社區(qū)居民開始使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái),他們對學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)容需求和功能需求隨之增加,因此,社區(qū)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)為社區(qū)居民提供什么學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容和什么樣的學(xué)習(xí)功能是一個(gè)非常關(guān)鍵的問題。社區(qū)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)可以幫助社區(qū)教育有效地解決上述問題,進(jìn)而能夠加速我國社區(qū)教育的信息化建設(shè),提升社區(qū)教育在廣大社區(qū)居民心中的形象。本研究在終身教育理論、建構(gòu)主義理論、人本主義理論等理論的基礎(chǔ)上,采用B/S框架結(jié)構(gòu)思想、CSS、HTML、ASP等網(wǎng)頁制作技術(shù)以及ACCESS數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)等技術(shù)開發(fā)一個(gè)社區(qū)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái),以解決基層社區(qū)教育工作太過繁重的問題,同時(shí)滿足廣大社區(qū)居民的實(shí)際學(xué)習(xí)需求,并提供一些個(gè)性化功能以提高居民的學(xué)習(xí)效率。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)教育工作者、社區(qū)教師、社區(qū)居民之間良好的溝通、交流與學(xué)習(xí)。社區(qū)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)各個(gè)功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)是基于對日照市幾個(gè)行政區(qū)域內(nèi)社區(qū)工作人員和社區(qū)居民需求的深入調(diào)研,采用文獻(xiàn)分析法、訪談法、比較研究法等多種研究方法相結(jié)合的方法,以此保證社區(qū)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)的功能模塊足夠豐富,同時(shí)滿足社區(qū)教育相關(guān)工作人員和廣大社區(qū)居民的需求。考慮到社區(qū)居民計(jì)算機(jī)操作水平的問題,在滿足用戶需求的同時(shí),對平臺(tái)的前臺(tái)界面進(jìn)行了合理布局,保證平臺(tái)使用的易操作性。本研究為全面實(shí)現(xiàn)社區(qū)教育的信息化和滿足廣大社區(qū)用戶日益增長的學(xué)習(xí)需求奠定了基礎(chǔ),對未來社區(qū)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)的建設(shè)起到了一種指引作用,有助于廣大社區(qū)居民網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)和終身學(xué)習(xí)的全面實(shí)現(xiàn)。最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了本文的研究目的和社區(qū)教育網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái)的開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)意義。
[Abstract]:In the background of the rapid development of the Internet, the information construction of community education is related to the future of community education in China. As a new learning model, network learning can break through the restrictions of the traditional educational model and bring new vitality to the construction of community education. The community education platform with individualized function is not only capable. To meet the diversity of community residents' learning needs and to improve the level of information management in community education, at the same time, it can enhance the cohesiveness of community residents so as to accelerate the pace of life-long education and build a learning society in China. In recent years, with the rapid development of community education in China, the number of demonstration bases in community education has been increasing. At present, many educational demonstration bases all over the country have launched an education and learning platform with local characteristics. As more and more community residents begin to use the network learning platform, the demand and function demand for learning content is increasing. Therefore, the community education network learning platform for community residents to provide learning content and what kind of learning function is a very critical problem. The design and development of the community education network learning platform can help community education to effectively solve the above problems, and then accelerate the information construction of community education in China and promote the community. On the basis of the theory of lifelong education, constructivism theory and humanism theory, this study develops a community education network learning platform by using B/S framework, CSS, HTML, ASP, and ACCESS database management system to solve the grass-roots community. The educational work of the district is too heavy, at the same time, it meets the practical learning needs of the community residents, and provides some personalized functions to improve the efficiency of the residents. Finally, the community educators, community teachers and community residents have a good communication, communication and learning. The modules of the community education network learning platform are all functional modules. The design is based on the in-depth investigation of the needs of the community workers and community residents in several administrative areas in Rizhao City. The methods of literature analysis, interview and comparative research are combined to ensure that the functional modules of the community education network learning platform are abundant and the community education related workers are satisfied. The needs of the residents and the community residents. Taking into account the problem of the computer operation level of the community residents, the reasonable layout of the platform interface is carried out to ensure the easy operation of the platform. This study is to realize the information of the community education and to meet the increasing learning needs of the community users. It has laid the foundation for the construction of the network learning platform for the future community education, which helps to realize the comprehensive realization of the network learning and lifelong learning of the community residents. Finally, the purpose of this study and the design meaning of the development and design of the community education network learning platform are realized.
