高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展和生活環(huán)境的劇烈變化,大學(xué)生所處的教育環(huán)境也日趨復(fù)雜,其身心健康發(fā)展受到多元價(jià)值觀的沖擊以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)不良信息的影響,呈現(xiàn)出鮮明的時(shí)代性和不穩(wěn)定性。這些都給高校思想政治教育帶來(lái)挑戰(zhàn),高校思想政治教育在新的時(shí)代背景下面臨“轉(zhuǎn)型”與“升級(jí)”。本文以馬克思主義理論為指導(dǎo),以協(xié)同學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),著眼于大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)現(xiàn)狀,以高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,在理論研究和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了二者協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的實(shí)踐路徑及模式,使高校思想政治教育理論成果得到豐富和充分利用。本文對(duì)思想政治教育和心理健康教育展開(kāi)了分析,討論了高校思想政治教育的動(dòng)力、內(nèi)容、載體和環(huán)境;研究了高校心理健康教育的功能、內(nèi)容、原則與方法;探討了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的運(yùn)行機(jī)制、保障體制和評(píng)價(jià)方式;分析了思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的必要性與可行性;探討了思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的意義及所需遵循的原則。在理論分析基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查對(duì)大學(xué)生的思想政治素質(zhì)、心理健康水平以及高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查,對(duì)當(dāng)前高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷的定量分析,肯定成就、發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題,增強(qiáng)了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研究的針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性。本研究從理論和實(shí)踐兩方面入手,構(gòu)建了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的路徑,重點(diǎn)討論了高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的環(huán)境、體系、平臺(tái)和載體。高等教育的根本任務(wù)就是實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)成才,面對(duì)時(shí)代的新變化和理論的新熱點(diǎn),面對(duì)大學(xué)生成長(zhǎng)成才遇到的新形勢(shì)新問(wèn)題,高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新具有深遠(yuǎn)的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,既有利于豐富協(xié)同學(xué)理論又有助于提高高校思想政治教育的實(shí)效性和促進(jìn)大學(xué)生健康成長(zhǎng)。因而在高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新過(guò)程中,教育者要注重從優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境,構(gòu)建教育體系、完善教育平臺(tái)和創(chuàng)新教育載體四個(gè)方面積極展開(kāi)高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育協(xié)同創(chuàng)新工作,將協(xié)同創(chuàng)新工作落實(shí)到實(shí)處,實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生的健康全面發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the drastic change of living environment, the educational environment of college students is becoming more and more complex, and their physical and mental health development is affected by the impact of multiple values and the bad information of the network. It presents distinct epoch and instability. All these bring challenges to ideological and political education in colleges and universities, which are faced with "transformation" and "upgrading" under the new background of the times. Under the guidance of Marxist theory, based on the synergetic theory, this paper focuses on the current situation of college students' growth, and focuses on the cooperative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. On the basis of theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper establishes the practical path and mode of cooperative innovation between them, which enriches and makes full use of the theoretical achievements of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes ideological and political education and mental health education, discusses the motive force, content, carrier and environment of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, studies the functions, contents, principles and methods of mental health education in colleges and universities. This paper probes into the operation mechanism, security system and evaluation mode of cooperative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities, and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of collaborative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education. This paper discusses the significance and principles of the cooperative innovation between ideological and political education and mental health education. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper investigates the ideological and political quality, the level of mental health of college students, and the factors influencing the cooperative innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. This paper makes an empirical analysis on the current situation of cooperative innovation between ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. Through the quantitative analysis of the questionnaire, the author affirms the achievements and finds out the problems, which enhances the pertinence and effectiveness of the cooperative innovation research of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities. This research starts with the theory and practice, constructs the path of the cooperative innovation of the ideological and political education and the mental health education in colleges and universities, and discusses the environment and system of the cooperative innovation of the ideological and political education and the mental health education in the colleges and universities. Platform and carrier. The fundamental task of higher education is to realize the growth of college students, to face the new changes of the times and the new hot spots in theory, and to face the new situation and new problems encountered by the growing up of college students. The synergetic innovation of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities has profound theoretical and practical significance, which is beneficial to enrich the synergetic theory and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and to promote the healthy growth of college students. Therefore, in the process of cooperative innovation between ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities, educators should pay attention to optimizing the educational environment and constructing the educational system. Perfecting the educational platform and innovating education carrier to carry out the cooperative innovation work of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities, to carry out the cooperative innovation work to realize the healthy and all-round development of college students.
