德國高中與大學教育銜接:背景、舉措及特征

【摘要】:進入高等教育大眾化以來,德國高等教育質量下降。在中等教育和高等教育系統(tǒng)都發(fā)生重大變革的背景下,德國開始以高中與大學銜接的視角來審視高等教育質量問題。德國通過改革文理中學考試和自主招生選拔程序、創(chuàng)新課程形式、緊扣升學指導、大學初年輔導等形式促進高中與大學更好地銜接,形成了區(qū)域合作完善、普職銜接互通、注重能力銜接的德國模式。未來德國可能出現大學的分化,以及招生方式的變革,這些趨勢對高中與大學銜接有何影響,應引起重視。
[Abstract]:Since the popularization of higher education, the quality of higher education in Germany has declined. Against the background of great changes in the system of secondary education and higher education, Germany began to examine the quality of higher education from the perspective of the link between high school and university. In Germany, by reforming the arts and science secondary school examination and independent enrollment and selection procedures, innovating the curriculum form, closely following the guidance for advanced studies, and promoting better links between senior high schools and universities in the early years of the year, Germany has formed a perfect regional cooperation and a common job interface. Focus on the German model of capacity convergence. In the future, there may be a division of universities in Germany, as well as changes in enrollment methods. What effect these trends have on the link between high schools and universities should be paid attention to.
