【摘要】：現(xiàn)代高校校園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)不僅會(huì)對(duì)高校發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要的促進(jìn)作用,同時(shí)也是會(huì)對(duì)科技研發(fā)與社會(huì)進(jìn)步等產(chǎn)生緊密的關(guān)聯(lián)效果,成為城市規(guī)劃的重要組成部分,高校校園規(guī)劃對(duì)城市建設(shè)也產(chǎn)生不可替代的效果,有效統(tǒng)籌人文要素、歷史要素,以及城市發(fā)展要素等。高校校園規(guī)劃成為校園的核心要素,既能夠提升高校的知名度與影響力,同時(shí)也是會(huì)對(duì)大學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)提供關(guān)鍵的保障功能。當(dāng)前,伴隨高校教育觀念的快速改變,以及高等教育改革,大眾對(duì)高校校園設(shè)計(jì)提出更嚴(yán)苛的要求。本文以臨沂大學(xué)新校園建筑設(shè)計(jì)為研究對(duì)象,分別從理論層面與空間環(huán)境層面出發(fā),探討現(xiàn)代化高校校園設(shè)計(jì)的理論知識(shí)、建設(shè)模式,以及解決現(xiàn)有問題的方式。論文先是查閱大量的文獻(xiàn)資料,能夠?yàn)楸菊n題的研究提供必要的理論基礎(chǔ),接著進(jìn)行案例分析,參考現(xiàn)代高校新校園設(shè)計(jì)的理念,主要探索內(nèi)容如下所述:(1)汲取國(guó)內(nèi)外實(shí)際運(yùn)作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),參考新校區(qū)建設(shè)規(guī)模、發(fā)展目標(biāo)、達(dá)成需求,以及實(shí)際情況能,從整體層面上探討校園設(shè)計(jì)的方式,以及相應(yīng)的舉措;(2)參考國(guó)家相關(guān)的政策法規(guī),以及新校園建設(shè)的大體狀況,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代校園規(guī)劃理念,著重探討新校園設(shè)計(jì)中所需的依據(jù)因素、原則因素、概念因素、構(gòu)思因素,以及模式因素等;(3)有效統(tǒng)籌新校區(qū)與周邊社區(qū)密切關(guān)聯(lián)的特征,基于原有社區(qū)的建筑功能與校園文化景觀,在進(jìn)行新校區(qū)規(guī)劃與建設(shè)過程中創(chuàng)新式發(fā)展,可以綜合考量功能屬性、結(jié)構(gòu)屬性、空間屬性、交通屬性,以及景觀屬性等,在此基礎(chǔ)上確定設(shè)計(jì)的方式與踐行的程序;(4)依托于高校未來戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,以及在建設(shè)過程中產(chǎn)生的實(shí)際困境,在新校園規(guī)劃中,首先是采用理論分析的方式,然后基于經(jīng)驗(yàn)的激烈和應(yīng)用。最后針對(duì)新校園建設(shè)提出相關(guān)的舉措,能夠?yàn)樵擃I(lǐng)域的研究與實(shí)踐提供必要的分析依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Modern university campus planning and design will not only have an important role in promoting the development of colleges and universities, but also have a close connection effect on scientific and technological research and development and social progress, and become an important part of urban planning. Campus planning in colleges and universities has irreplaceable effects on urban construction. The campus planning is the core element of the campus, which can not only enhance the popularity and influence of the university, but also provide the key function for the students to learn and grow. At present, with the rapid change of the concept of higher education and the reform of higher education, the public puts forward more stringent requirements to the campus design of colleges and universities. Taking the new campus architecture design of Linyi University as the research object, this paper discusses the theoretical knowledge, the construction mode and the way to solve the existing problems of the modern university campus design from the theoretical level and the spatial environment level respectively. The paper first looks up a large amount of literature, which can provide the necessary theoretical basis for the research of this subject, and then carries on the case analysis, referring to the concept of the new campus design of modern colleges and universities. The main contents of this study are as follows: (1) drawing on the practical operation experience at home and abroad, referring to the scale of the new campus construction, the development objectives, meeting the needs, and the actual situation, discussing the way of campus design from the overall level. Referring to the relevant policies and regulations of the country, and the general situation of the new campus construction, and combining with the concept of modern campus planning, the paper emphatically discusses the basis factors, principle factors, conceptual factors and conception factors in the new campus design. Based on the architectural function of the original community and the campus cultural landscape, the new campus is developed innovatively in the process of planning and construction of the new campus. We can consider the function attribute, the structure attribute, the space attribute, the traffic attribute, the landscape attribute and so on. On this basis, we can determine the design way and the practical procedure. In the new campus planning, firstly, the theoretical analysis is adopted, then the experience based on the fierce and application. Finally, some relevant measures are put forward for the new campus construction, which can provide the necessary analysis basis for the research and practice in this field.
