【摘要】：目前,微課在高職院校其他專業(yè)都已經(jīng)被廣泛的應(yīng)用,但在體育教學(xué)這一塊還一直是空白。研究以微課理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、專家訪談法對(duì)微課理論基礎(chǔ)、微課教學(xué)法的教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)組織進(jìn)行了研究和設(shè)計(jì);通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象對(duì)健美操認(rèn)識(shí)的基本情況和身體素質(zhì)進(jìn)行了初步的了解,從而保證了實(shí)驗(yàn)的有效性和科學(xué)性;研究者采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法將微課在健美操選修課程中的應(yīng)用和傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)法在健美操選修課中的應(yīng)用的實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,希望通過(guò)研究可以使得高職院校健美操選修課教學(xué)的授課方式和內(nèi)容能夠得到改善,同時(shí)也能夠使得健美操的教學(xué)方法更豐富。
[Abstract]:At present, microcourse has been widely used in other specialties in higher vocational colleges, but it is still blank in physical education. On the basis of micro-course theory, the author studies and designs the theoretical basis of micro-lesson, the teaching content, teaching method and teaching organization of micro-lesson teaching method by using the method of literature and expert interview. The basic condition and physical quality of the subjects' understanding of aerobics are preliminarily understood through the method of questionnaire investigation, so as to ensure the validity and scientific nature of the experiment. The experimental results of the application of micro-class in aerobics elective course and the application of traditional teaching method in aerobics elective course were compared and analyzed by using the experimental method. It is hoped that the teaching method and content of aerobics elective course in higher vocational colleges can be improved and the teaching methods of aerobics can be enriched.
