內(nèi)觀認(rèn)知療法對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生心理問(wèn)題干預(yù)效果分析

【摘要】:目的分析內(nèi)觀認(rèn)知療法對(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)生心理問(wèn)題的干預(yù)效果及其相關(guān)因素,為該療法在大中學(xué)校的推廣應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法將2011—2016年經(jīng)內(nèi)觀認(rèn)知療法干預(yù)的天津醫(yī)科大學(xué)325名醫(yī)學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,評(píng)價(jià)心理干預(yù)效果;采用有序Logistic回歸分析評(píng)估干預(yù)效果的相關(guān)因素。結(jié)果醫(yī)學(xué)生內(nèi)觀認(rèn)知療法干預(yù)的總有效率為82.5%(顯效為63.4%,有效為19.1%)。有序Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,女生(OR=0.61,95%CI=0.38~0.96)、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難(OR=0.34,95%CI=0.12~0.93)、與父母的關(guān)系好(OR=0.19,95%CI=0.06~0.59)、父母之間關(guān)系好(OR=0.07,95%CI=0.02~0.22)、手冊(cè)完成情況好(OR=0.01,95%CI=0.00~0.58)、出勤率高(OR=0.03,95%CI=0.00~0.21)的醫(yī)學(xué)生干預(yù)效果較好。結(jié)論內(nèi)觀認(rèn)知療法能有效解決醫(yī)學(xué)生心理問(wèn)題,對(duì)適應(yīng)問(wèn)題、情緒問(wèn)題、人際關(guān)系問(wèn)題及自我認(rèn)知失調(diào)問(wèn)題有顯著效果。女生、家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難、與父母的關(guān)系好、父母之間關(guān)系好、手冊(cè)完成情況好、出勤率高可能是內(nèi)觀認(rèn)知療法的有效因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the intervention effect of internal cognitive therapy on medical students' psychological problems and its related factors, so as to provide the basis for the popularization and application of this therapy in middle and college schools. Methods 325 medical students of Tianjin Medical University from 2011 to 2016 were selected to evaluate the effect of psychological intervention, and the related factors of intervention effect were evaluated by orderly Logistic regression analysis. Results the total effective rate of the intervention was 82.5% (63.4%, 19.1%). The results of ordered Logistic regression analysis showed that female students had a good relationship with their parents, the parents had a good relationship, and their parents had a good relationship, and a good relationship between their parents and their parents was 0.0795 CI0.020.22. The manual was in good condition, and the medical students with a high attendance rate of 0.0395CI0.000.21 had better intervention effects. Conclusion Insight cognitive therapy can effectively solve the psychological problems of medical students, and has significant effect on the problems of adaptation, emotion, interpersonal relationship and self-cognition disorder. Female students, family financial difficulties, good relationship with parents, good relationship between parents, good completion of manual, high attendance rate may be effective factors of endogenous cognitive therapy.
