教育對中國老年人健康的影響機制研究——來自2011年CLHLS的證據(jù)

【摘要】:文章選取2011年中國老年健康影響因素跟蹤調(diào)查(CLHLS)數(shù)據(jù),探究教育對中國老年人健康的影響,并根據(jù)預(yù)算約束放松說、效率提升假說和認知豐富假說分析教育對老年人健康的影響機制。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)將老年人健康分為身體功能健康、認知功能健康和健康自評三個維度,教育對老年人的三項健康指標均有顯著的正向影響效應(yīng)。(2)教育通過社會經(jīng)濟狀況、心理狀態(tài)和健康行為對老年人健康產(chǎn)生顯著的正向影響。因此可以通過健康行為的干預(yù)提升老年人的健康水平,同時關(guān)注老年人的心理狀態(tài)和物質(zhì)生活質(zhì)量,以積極應(yīng)對中國老齡化中的健康問題。
[Abstract]:This paper selects CLHLS2011 data to explore the impact of education on the health of the elderly in China, and relax according to budget constraints. The efficiency enhancement hypothesis and cognitive enrichment hypothesis are used to analyze the influence of education on the health of the elderly. The results showed that the health of the elderly was divided into three dimensions: physical health, cognitive health and self-assessment of health. Education had a significant positive effect on the three health indicators of the elderly. Mental state and healthy behavior had significant positive effects on the health of the elderly. Therefore, we can improve the health level of the elderly through the intervention of healthy behavior, pay attention to the mental state and the quality of material life of the elderly at the same time, in order to actively deal with the health problems in the aging of China.
