【摘要】：微課是一種為在線學(xué)習(xí)而生的,以學(xué)習(xí)者為中心設(shè)計(jì)的可視化學(xué)習(xí)資源。微課的應(yīng)用往往離不開翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂。為了解決"食品微生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)"課程中存在的"教"與"學(xué)"的問題,本文構(gòu)建了基于微課視頻的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)模式,總結(jié)出了"一視、二臺(tái)、三看、四仿、五評(píng)"的實(shí)驗(yàn)課教學(xué)策略。該教學(xué)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)了"以教為主"向"以學(xué)為主"的轉(zhuǎn)變,以及"知識(shí)傳授為主"向"能力培養(yǎng)為主"的轉(zhuǎn)變,提高了學(xué)生的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力和學(xué)習(xí)興趣,對(duì)提高教學(xué)效果具有明顯的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Micro-learning is a visual learning resource designed for learners-centered learning. The application of micro-class is often inseparable from the flipping classroom. In order to solve the problems of "teaching" and "learning" in the course of "Food Microbiology experiment", this paper constructs a teaching model of flipping classroom experiment based on microcourse video, and concludes "one view, two sets, three looks, four imitations," Five comments on the teaching strategy of experimental course. This teaching mode has realized the transformation from "teaching-oriented" to "learning-oriented", and from "knowledge imparting" to "ability cultivation", which has improved students' autonomous learning ability and interest in learning. To improve the teaching effect has the obvious promotion function.
