【摘要】：少年兒童的健康成長是國家未來發(fā)展的希望。少兒舞蹈作為一項集健身、藝術為一體的課程,得到西安人民的普遍喜愛與重視。近二十年來,少兒舞蹈蓬勃發(fā)展,吸引了許多孩子參加到少兒舞蹈的學習隊伍之中,少兒舞蹈培訓機構成了一種組織眾多熱愛舞蹈藝術的少年兒童展開學習與交流活動的重要形式,也成了一種全新的社會風潮。在這樣的背景形勢下,連鎖經營模式因其規(guī)模效應龐大而成了培訓機構拓展規(guī)模、占據(jù)市場空間、提升競爭水平的主要方式。少年兒童們參與舞蹈學習需求不斷在增加,這讓少兒舞蹈培訓機構好似雨后春筍一般迅速發(fā)展蔓延。本文采取文獻研究法、專家訪談法以及問卷調研法等方式對西安連鎖經營的少兒舞蹈培訓機構運營狀況展開深入調查。調查的結果表明,西安的少兒舞蹈培訓機構通常包含:舞蹈學校、舞蹈工作室、舞蹈培訓班、舞蹈藝術團體等。調查顯示,西安少兒舞蹈培訓機構采用連鎖經營模式開展運營活動的時間很短,也沒有形成明顯的規(guī)模,缺乏這方面的經驗,連鎖體系不夠健全,許多都是將直營連鎖視為發(fā)展核心,加盟連鎖還在嘗試運作,自由連鎖更是完全未能開展起來。研究表明,西安市少兒舞蹈培訓市場發(fā)展?jié)摿薮?這給西安少兒舞蹈培訓機構運行連鎖經營模式打下了深厚的基礎。本文通過調查西安少兒舞蹈培訓機構開展連鎖經營模式的實際情況,對其發(fā)展優(yōu)勢作出剖析,再提出當前少兒舞蹈培訓機構開展連鎖經營模式的過程中出現(xiàn)的問題,針對這些問題提出解決方案,給未來西安少兒舞蹈培訓機構持續(xù)發(fā)展連鎖經營模式提供理論借鑒,也給少兒舞蹈培訓機構可以更好地滿足個體健康需要,步入社會化與產業(yè)化路徑謀求思路。
[Abstract]:The healthy growth of children is the hope of the future development of the country.Children's dance as a fitness, art as one of the curriculum, Xi'an people's general love and attention.In the past twenty years, children's dance has flourished, attracting many children to join the learning team of children's dance.Children's dance training institution has become an important form of organizing many children who love dance art to carry out learning and communication activities, and has also become a new social trend.In such a situation, the chain management model has become the main way for training institutions to expand their scale, occupy market space and improve the level of competition because of its huge scale effect.The need for children to participate in dance learning is increasing, which makes the children's dance training institutions springing up and spreading rapidly.This paper adopts the methods of literature research, expert interview and questionnaire investigation to investigate deeply the operation of children's dance training institutions in Xi'an chain operation.The results of the survey show that children's dance training institutions in Xi'an usually include dance schools, dance studios, dance classes, dance art groups and so on.The investigation shows that the Xi'an children's dance training institutions have adopted the chain management model for a short time to carry out their operation activities, nor have they formed an obvious scale. They lack experience in this respect, and the chain system is not sound enough.Many are direct chain as the core of development, franchise chain is still trying to operate, free chain is completely unable to develop.The research shows that Xi'an children's dance training market has great development potential, which lays a solid foundation for Xi'an children's dance training institution to run chain management model.By investigating the actual situation of developing chain management mode in Xi'an children's dance training institutions, this paper analyzes its development advantages, and then points out the problems in the process of developing chain management mode in children's dance training institutions at present.To solve these problems, it can provide theoretical reference for Xi'an Children's Dance training Institution to develop the chain management mode in the future, and also can better meet the needs of individual health for children's dance training institutions.Step into the path of socialization and industrialization to seek ideas.
