【摘要】：教師現(xiàn)代型轉(zhuǎn)化是促進民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村教育發(fā)展的關鍵�，F(xiàn)代化進程中民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)生存發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)一系列的問題,根源在于現(xiàn)代性二元語境"先進"與"落后"之分下無法正確認識民族教育特殊性和民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村教育的現(xiàn)實需求。超越現(xiàn)代性二元論語境,堅持多元現(xiàn)代化立場,認識民族教育的現(xiàn)代知識與民族文化整合功能,才能基于民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村教育的特點與需求,探討解決民族地區(qū)農(nóng)村教師職業(yè)生存發(fā)展困境的可行性策略。
[Abstract]:The modern transformation of teachers is the key to promote the development of rural education in minority areas.In the process of modernization, the existence and development of rural teachers in ethnic minority areas presents a series of problems.The origin lies in the fact that the particularity of ethnic education and the realistic demand of rural education in ethnic areas can not be correctly understood under the distinction of "advanced" and "backward" in the dual context of modernity.Only by transcending the context of the dualism of modernity, adhering to the position of multiple modernization and recognizing the function of integrating modern knowledge and national culture of ethnic education can we base on the characteristics and needs of rural education in ethnic areas.This paper discusses the feasible strategies to solve the plight of rural teachers' professional survival and development in ethnic minority areas.
